Claims (15)
- 血圧測定用医療装置システムであって、
圧力センサと、前記圧力センサから近位に延在する第1の光ファイバと、を含んでいる感圧ガイドワイヤと、
前記ガイドワイヤに接続することができる遠位コネクタを含んでいる光コネクタケーブルであって、前記第1の光ファイバと光学的に通信することのできる第2の光ファイバを含んでいる光コネクタケーブルと、
前記遠位コネクタ内に配置され、かつ、前記第1の光ファイバと第2の光ファイバとの間に配置されているカップラと、
を備えているシステム。 - 前記カップラがポリマーディスクを含んでいる請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記カップラがゲルを含んでいる請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記カップラが、前記第1の光ファイバ上の第1の被覆、前記第2の光ファイバ上の第2の被覆、または前記第1の光ファイバ上の第1の被覆と前記第2の光ファイバ上の第2の被覆の両方を有している請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記カップラが膜を備えている請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記カップラが、前記第1の光ファイバ、前記第2の光ファイバ、またはその両方の屈折率と近似する屈折率を有している請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記カップラが約25〜400マイクロメートルの厚さを有している請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠位コネクタが回転自在コネクタである請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記回転自在コネクタがコレットを含んでいる請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記コレットが、1またはそれ以上の突起が形成されている回転自在本体に接続されている請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠位コネクタが、前記回転自在本体に形成されている1またはそれ以上の突起と係合することのできる外側可撓部材を含んでいる請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 1またはそれ以上の軸受けが、前記遠位コネクタに隣接して配置されている請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記感圧ガイドワイヤが、複数のスロットが形成されている管状部材を含んでいる請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 単位当たり長のスロットの数が前記管状部材に沿って変動する請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 心筋血流予備量比の判定システムであって、
光圧力センサと、前記光圧力センサから近位に延在している第1の光ファイバと、を含んでいる感圧ガイドワイヤであって、第1の光ファイバが第1の屈折率を有している感圧ガイドワイヤと、
前記ガイドワイヤに回転自在に接続できる回転自在遠位コネクタを含んでいる光コネクタケーブルであって、前記第1の光ファイバと光学的に通信することのできる第2の光ファイバを含んでおり、前記第2の光ファイバが第2の屈折率を有している光コネクタケーブルと、
前記光コネクタケーブル内に配置されており、前記第1の光ファイバと第2の光ファイバとの間に配置されているカップラであって、前記第1の屈折率、前記第2の屈折率、またはその両方と略同一の第3の屈折率を有しているカップラと、
を備えているシステム。
