Claims (2)
- a)下記i)及びii)を含む反応混合物の重合生成物を含む多孔質重合体コア粒子
i)下記1)若しくは2)のいずれか、又はそれらの混合物を含む第1相:
1)水及び前記水中に溶解した多糖類、若しくは
2)界面活性剤及び式(I)の化合物
ii)前記第1相中に分散した、下記1’)及び2’)を含む第2相(ここで、前記第1相の体積は、前記第2相の体積よりも大きい):
1’)前記第1相と混和性ではない式(II)のモノマーを含む、第1モノマー組成物
2’)重量平均分子量が少なくとも500グラム/モルであるポリ(プロピレングリコール)
(ここで、前記ポリ(プロピレングリコール)は、前記多孔質重合体コアを提供するために前記重合生成物から除去される)
b)前記多孔質重合体コア内に配置され、前記多孔質重合体コアに共有結合していない生物活性剤、並びに
c)前記多孔質重合体コア粒子の周囲の、熱可塑性ポリマー、ワックス、又はこれらの混合物を含むコーティング層
を含む、重合体複合粒子。 - 生物活性剤を送達する方法であって、
重合体複合粒子を提供する工程であって、前記重合体複合粒子が、
a)下記i)及びii)を含む反応混合物の重合生成物を含む多孔質重合体コア粒子、
i)下記1)若しくは2)のいずれか、又はそれらの混合物を含む第1相:
1)水及び前記水中に溶解した多糖類、若しくは
2)界面活性剤及び式(I)の化合物
ii)前記第1相中に分散した、下記1’)及び2’)を含む第2相(ここで、前記第1相の体積が、前記第2相の体積よりも大きい):
1’)前記第1相と混和性ではない式(II)のモノマーを含む、第1モノマー組成物
2’)重量平均分子量が少なくとも500グラム/モルであるポリ(プロピレングリコール)
(ここで、前記ポリ(プロピレングリコール)は、前記多孔質重合体コアを提供するために前記重合生成物から除去される)
b)前記多孔質重合体コア内に配置され、前記多孔質重合体コアに共有結合していない生物活性剤、並びに
c)前記多孔質重合体コア粒子の周囲の、熱可塑性ポリマー、ワックス、又はこれらの混合物を含むコーティング層、
を含む、前記工程と、
前記コーティング層を通じた拡散によって、前記生物活性剤を前記重合体複合粒子から放出する工程と、を含む、前記方法。
