Claims (15)
- 水放熱器(20)の出口(20b)に接続された入口(23a)、および出口(23b)を有する冷却水回路(23)と、入口(31)および出口(32)を有する潤滑油回路(30)とを備える内燃機関において燃料を供給する熱交換器であって、
水入口(41a、43a)および水出口(41b、43b)を各々有する第1のステージ(E1)および第2のステージ(E2)を備え、前記第2のステージ(E2)が油入口(44a)および油出口(44b)を有し、前記第1のステージ(E1)が、前記エンジン(M)への燃料供給部に平行に選択的に接続された燃料入口ノズル(42a)および燃料出口ノズル(42b)を備え、前記第1のステージ(E1)の前記水入口(41a)および前記水出口(41b)が、前記冷却水回路(23)により前記水放熱器(20)の前記出口(20b)に、および前記第2のステージ(E2)の前記水入口(43a)にそれぞれ接続され、前記第2のステージ(E2)の前記水出口(43b)が前記水放熱器(20)の前記入口(20a)に接続され、前記第2のステージ(E2)の前記油入口(44a)および前記油出口(44b)が、前記潤滑油回路(30)に直列に接続されることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記第1のステージ(E1)の前記水入口(41a)が前記冷却水回路(23)により前記水放熱器(20)の前記出口(20b)に接続され、前記冷却水回路(23)の入口(23a)が、冷水導管(22)により前記水放熱器(20)の前記出口(20b)に接続され、前記冷却水回路(23)の前記出口(23b)が、前記第1のステージ(E1)の前記水出口(41b)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記燃料入口ノズル(42a)および前記燃料出口ノズル(42b)が、前記水入口(41a)および前記水出口(41b)が設けられる前記第1のステージ(E1)の側とは反対の、前記第1のステージ(E1)の一側に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1のステージ(E1)の前記水入口(41a)が、戻り導管(24)により前記冷却水回路(23)の前記出口(23b)に接続され、前記第1のステージ(E1)の前記水出口(41b)が、相互接続導管(25)により前記第2のステージ(E2)の前記水入口(43a)に接続され、前記第2のステージ(E2)の前記水出口(43b)が、熱水導管(21)により前記水放熱器(20)の前記入口(20a)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記相互接続導管(25)および前記熱水導管(21)が各々、前記エンジン(M)内部に設けられた中央セグメント(26、27)を備え、各中央セグメント(26、27)が、前記それぞれの導管の延長部の少なくとも一部により画定され、前記エンジン(M)外部に開いた入口(26a、27a)および出口(26b、27b)を呈することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第2のステージ(E2)の前記油入口および油出口が、それぞれの油導管(33、34)により前記潤滑油循環回路(30)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1のステージ(E1)の前記水出口(41b)が、前記エンジン(M)に着座され、前記相互接続導管(25)の前記中央セグメント(26)の前記入口(26a)および前記出口(26b)と流体連通して維持され、前記第2のステージ(E2)の前記水出口(43b)が、前記エンジン(M)に着座され、前記熱水導管(21)の前記中央セグメント(27)の前記入口(27a)と流体連通して維持され、前記第2のステージ(E2)の前記油入口(44a)および前記油出口(44b)が、前記エンジン(M)に着座され、前記油導管(33、34)により前記潤滑油回路(30)と流体連通して維持されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換の前記2つのステージ(E1、E2)の各々が、前記エンジン(M)または前記エンジン(M)に設置する構造に固定するための支持部(S)に取り付けられ、前記支持部(S)が、一側にそれぞれのステージ(E1、E2)が着座され固着されるフランジ(40)により画定され、前記フランジ(40)が、前記第1のステージ(E1)の前記水入口(41a)および前記水出口(41b)と、前記第2のステージ(E2)の前記水入口(43a)および前記水出口(43b)ならびに前記油入口(44a)および前記油出口(44b)とがそれぞれ画定される貫通孔を呈することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記戻り導管(24)、前記エンジン(M)外部の前記相互接続導管(25)の延長部、前記エンジン(M)上流に位置する前記エンジン(M)外部の前記熱水導管(21)の延長部、および前記油導管(33、34)が各々、前記フランジ(40)のそれぞれの貫通孔により画定され、前記貫通孔が、前記第1のステージ(E1)および前記第2のステージ(E2)の前記水入口(41a)および前記水出口(41b)、前記水入口(43a)および前記水出口(43b)、ならびに前記油入口(44a)および前記油出口(44b)を画定することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記フランジ(40)が、前記エンジン(M)に着座され固着され、前記第1のステージ(E1)の前記水入口(41a)と前記冷却水回路(23)の前記出口(23b)、前記第1のステージ(E1)の前記水出口(41b)と前記相互接続導管(25)の前記中央セグメント(26)の前記入口(26a)、前記相互接続導管(25)の前記中央セグメント(26)の前記出口(26b)と前記第2のステージ(E2)の前記水入口(43a)、前記第2のステージ(E2)の前記水出口(43b)と前記熱水導管(21)の前記中央セグメント(27)の前記入口(27a)、ならびに前記第2のステージ(E2)の前記油入口(44a)および前記油出口(44b)と前記潤滑油回路(30)を直接流体連通させることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1のステージ(E1)が第1の群(G1)のチャンバ(50)および第2の群(G2)のチャンバ(60)を備え、前記第2のステージ(E2)が第3の群(G3)のチャンバ(70)および第4の群(G4のチャンバ(80)を備え、各ステージ(E1、E2)の両方の群の前記チャンバ(50、60、70、80)が交互に重なるとともに、互いに離間した2つの導管(51、61、71、81)に開き、同一の群のチャンバの各2つの導管が、それぞれの群の端チャンバに開いた内端部(51a、61a、71a、81a)と、前記第1のステージ(E1)の前記水入口(41a)および前記水出口(41b)ならびに前記燃料入口ノズル(42a)および前記燃料出口ノズル(42b)に開き、かつ前記第2のステージ(E2)の前記水入口(43a)および前記水出口(43b)ならびに前記油入口(44a)および前記油出口(44b)にそれぞれ開いた外端部(51b、61b、71b、81b)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 各群のチャンバ(50、60、70、80)の前記導管(51、61、71、81)が、前記それぞれのステージ(E1、E2)の内部を通って位置し、前記それぞれの群(G1、G2、G3、G4)の外側チャンバ間に位置する前記チャンバを横切り、前記外側チャンバの内部には、前記それぞれの導管の前記内端部(51a、61a、71a、81a)および前記導管の前記外端部(51b、61b、71b、81b)が開き、前記端部が、前記導管が横切る前記それぞれの群のチャンバに中央で半径方向に開くことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第2の群(G2)のチャンバ(60)の前記導管(61)の前記他方の外端部(61b)が、端カバー(90)から外方に突出する前記燃料入口ノズル(42a)および前記燃料出口ノズル(42b)にそれぞれ接続され、前記端カバー(90)が、前記第2の群(G2)のチャンバのうち、前記水入口(41a)および前記水出口(41b)が設けられた前記第1のステージ(E1)の他側とは反対の、前記第1のステージ(E1)の端部に位置する隣接するチャンバ(60)を閉じることを特徴とする、請求項11または12に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記それぞれのステージ(E1、E2)の2対の群(G1、G2;G3、G4)のチャンバが、共通の壁(W)により互いに分離されることを特徴とする、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 各ステージ(E1、E2)の前記チャンバ(50、60、70)が、その面積に対して高さの低い、同一の平坦な細長い形状を有し、各群のチャンバ(50、60、70)の前記2つの導管(51、61、71、81)の各々が、他の導管が位置する領域とは反対の、熱交換の前記それぞれのステージ(E1、E2)の端部領域に位置することを特徴とする、請求項11〜14のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
