Claims (15)
- 二次電池の正極タブと負極タブのうち少なくとも1つと連結される回路基板であって、
前記正極タブまたは前記負極タブと結合されるタブ結合部と、
前記タブ結合部と連結されて前記二次電池の充電電流または放電電流が流れる経路を提供し、少なくとも1つの経路切断部が形成された充放電経路と、
前記経路切断部の両端にそれぞれ取り付けられ、少なくとも一部が折り曲げられた一対の伝導性プレートと、
両端が前記一対の伝導性プレートにそれぞれ連結されて前記二次電池の温度を感知し、感知した温度に応じて電流を遮断する電流遮断モジュールと、を含むことを特徴とする二次電池用回路基板。 - 前記充放電経路上に備えられ、前記二次電池の充放電を制御する保護回路モジュールをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用回路基板。
- 外部接続端子に連結され、前記二次電池の充放電を制御する保護回路モジュールをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用回路基板。
- 前記伝導性プレートは、折曲角度が調節可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用回路基板。
- 前記伝導性プレートは、直角に折り曲げられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用回路基板。
- 前記伝導性プレートは、前記二次電池側に突出した状態で折り曲げられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用回路基板。
- 前記伝導性プレートは、2以上の部分で折り曲げられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用回路基板。
- 前記伝導性プレートは、前記電流遮断モジュールの少なくとも一部分が前記二次電池と接触するように折り曲げられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用回路基板。
- 前記伝導性プレートは、金属材質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用回路基板。
- 前記電流遮断モジュールは、前記二次電池の温度が基準温度以上に高くなる場合、電流を遮断することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用回路基板。
- 前記電流遮断モジュールは、TCOまたはPTCであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用回路基板。
- 前記タブ結合部は、前記正極タブまたは前記負極タブと溶接によって接触されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用回路基板。
- 前記タブ結合部は、複数個備えられ、複数の正極タブまたは複数の負極タブと結合可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用回路基板。
- 前記二次電池は、パウチ型二次電池であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用回路基板。
- 請求項1ないし請求項14のうちいずれか1項に記載の二次電池用回路基板を含むバッテリーパック。
