Abstract
【解決手段】前記バッテリパックは、直列または並列に連結された複数のベアセルと、前記ベアセルと電気的に連結され、前記ベアセルの温度をセンシングするサーミスタが接合されている保護回路モジュールとを含み、前記サーミスタは、一面が保護回路モジュールの縁に略直角に対面する対面部を含み、前記サーミスタの対面部と保護回路モジュールとの間には支持部が備えられている。

Claims (20)
- 少なくとも一つのベアセルと、
前記ベアセルに電気的に連結された保護回路モジュールと、
前記保護回路モジュールに電気的に連結され、前記ベアセルの温度をセンシングし、リードを備えるサーミスタとを含み、
前記リードは、前記保護回路モジュールに隣接して位置し、前記保護回路モジュールと対面する一側面を有するリード端部を備え、
前記リード端部の一側面と保護回路モジュールとの間には支持部を備えることを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記保護回路モジュールは、前記ベアセルの長手方向と平行な方向に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記リードは、前記ベアセルの長手方向と垂直な方向に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記ベアセルは、複数のベアセルが直列または並列に連結されていることを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記保護回路モジュールは、前記ベアセルの長手方向と平行な方向に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記リードは、前記ベアセルの長手方向と垂直な方向に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記サーミスタのリード端部の他側面には固定部をさらに含み、前記他側面は、前記保護回路モジュールに対面または対向する面の反対面を示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記支持部と固定部は、少なくとも部分的に前記リード端部を取り囲むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記支持部または固定部は、接合部材であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記接合部材は、シリコンまたはエポキシを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記支持部と固定部は、異なる物質からなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記支持部と固定部は、同一の物質からなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記保護回路モジュールは、サーミスタ接合部をさらに含み、前記リード端部は、前記サーミスタ接合部に付着されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記サーミスタ接合部は、前記保護回路モジュールの縁から離隔して位置することを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記サーミスタは、0.2mm〜0.8mmの範囲で前記保護回路モジュールの縁から離隔していることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記サーミスタは、前記保護回路モジュールの縁から0.5mm離隔していることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記リードは、複数のリードを含み、前記リード端部は、複数のリード端部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 複数の固定部をさらに含み、各固定部は、複数のリード端部の対応する各リード端部をそれぞれ固定するように取り囲むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記支持部と固定部は、少なくとも部分的に前記リード端部を取り囲むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記支持部は、複数の支持部を含み、複数の支持部のそれぞれ対応する支持部上で複数のリード端部それぞれを支持することを特徴とする請求項19に記載のバッテリパック。
