Abstract
Description
図1には、本発明の一実施形態に係るガスの処理方法の概略図が示される。本方法は、石炭燃焼炉の形の第1燃焼器10を含む石炭火力発電所を含む。炉10から出る煤道ガスは、煤道ガスの構成ガスの種類及び量を検知するための1つ以上のセンサー11へ送られる。1つ以上のセンサーにより集められた情報は、コンピュータ、DSC、Scada等の情報収集システム(不図示)に送られる。情報収集は、煤道ガスが炉10を出る際にリアルタイムで行われる。
Claims (19)
- 第1燃焼室内の化石燃料の燃焼により発生するガスの処理方法であって、
前記ガスを第2燃焼室に移送する工程と、
前記第2燃焼室内の前記ガスを酸素及び燃料源の存在下で燃焼させて廃ガスを発生させる工程と、
前記廃ガスを処理して濃縮二酸化炭素流を生成する工程と、を含む、方法。 - 前記ガスは、前記第2燃焼室へ移送される前に、前記ガス内に存在する粒子状物質の少なくとも一部を除去するために濾過される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ガスは、前記第2燃焼室へ入る前に圧縮される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記第2燃焼室は炉を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記燃料源は炭化水素源を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2燃焼室内の運転温度は前記第1燃焼室内の運転温度よりも高い、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2燃焼室内の運転温度は約1200℃〜約2400℃である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第2燃焼室内の運転温度は約1500℃〜約2000℃である、請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 前記第2燃焼室内の運転温度は約1800℃である、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2燃焼室の前記ガスの燃焼により発生した熱の少なくとも一部を使用して1つ以上の発電装置を駆動する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2燃焼室の前記ガスの燃焼により発生した熱の少なくとも一部は、前記第1燃焼室へ送られる、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記廃ガスに対して分離プロセスを行って、前記廃ガスの所定のガス成分を他のガス成分から分離する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 1つ以上の膜フィルターを使用して前記廃ガスの前記ガス成分を分離する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記分離プロセスは、二酸化炭素を前記廃ガスの他のガス成分から分離する、請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
- 前記濃縮二酸化炭素流における二酸化炭素の濃度は90%(v/v)超である、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記濃縮二酸化炭素流は販売及び/又は使用のために収集される、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記濃縮二酸化炭素流は、当該前記濃縮二酸化炭素流内の炭素が隔離されて大気内への侵入が防止されるように処理される、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記濃縮二酸化炭素流における前記炭素は、合成岩、骨材及び/又は建材中に隔離される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 石炭火力発電所内の石炭の燃焼により発生する煤道ガスの処理方法であって、
第1炉内で石炭を燃焼させる工程と、
前記第1炉から出る煤道ガスを収集する工程と、
前記煤道ガスを圧縮して圧縮ガスを生成する工程と、
前記圧縮ガスを第2炉へ移送する工程と、
前記第2炉内の前記圧縮ガスを酸素及び燃料源の存在下で燃焼させて廃ガスを発生させる工程と、
前記廃ガスを1つ以上の分離膜を通過させて濃縮二酸化炭素流を生成する工程と、を含む方法。
