Abstract
Description
テレフタル酸2312gを基準に4−(ヒドロキシメチル)シクロヘキサンカルボン酸33g、4,4−(オキシビス(メチレン)ビス)シクロヘキサンメタノール166g、1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール22g、ジエチレングリコール162g、エチレングリコール1056gモルが共重合されたポリエステル樹脂を3kgバッチ反応器で混合しながら、温度を徐々に255℃まで昇温しながら反応させた。
テレフタル酸2312gを基準に4−(ヒドロキシメチル)シクロヘキサンカルボン酸89g、4,4−(オキシビス(メチレン)ビス)シクロヘキサンメタノール375g、1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール33g、ジエチレングリコール162g、エチレングリコール976gモルが投入されたことを除き、実施例1と同様な方式で熱収縮フィルムを製造した。
テレフタル酸2312gを基準に4−(ヒドロキシメチル)シクロヘキサンカルボン酸83g、4,4−(オキシビス(メチレン)ビス)シクロヘキサンメタノール265g、1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール112g、ジエチレングリコール162g、エチレングリコール976gが投入されたことを除き、実施例1と同様な方式で熱収縮フィルムを製造した。
テレフタル酸2312gを基準に4−(ヒドロキシメチル)シクロヘキサンカルボン酸100g、4,4−(オキシビス(メチレン)ビス)シクロヘキサンメタノール149g、1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール167g、ジエチレングリコール162g、エチレングリコール985gが投入されたことを除き、実施例1と同様な方式で熱収縮フィルムを製造した。
テレフタル酸2312gを基準に4−(ヒドロキシメチル)シクロヘキサンカルボン酸133g、4,4−(オキシビス(メチレン)ビス)シクロヘキサンメタノール66g、1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール268g、ジエチレングリコール162g、エチレングリコール959gが投入されたことを除き、実施例1と同様な方式で熱収縮フィルムを製造した。
4−(ヒドロキシメチル)シクロヘキシルメチル4’−(ヒドロキシメチル)シクロヘキサンカルボキシレート、4,4−(オキシビス(メチレン)ビス)シクロヘキサンメタノールを使用せず、1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール466gを投入したことを除き、実施例1と同様に熱収縮フィルムを製造した。
PVC樹脂を用いて熱収縮フィルムを製造した。
前記実施例および比較例により製造された共重合ポリエステル樹脂を用いて製造された熱収縮フィルムを下記の方法によりガラス転移温度、収縮開始温度、熱収縮率および固有粘度(IV)を測定して下記表1に示した。
Claims (11)
- 前記ジオール由来残基は、1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール、ジエチレングリコールおよびエチレングリコールに由来する残基をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の熱収縮フィルム。
- 前記芳香族ジカルボン酸は、テレフタル酸(terephthalic acid)、ジメチルテレフタレート(dimethyl terephthalate)、環状ジカルボン酸、イソフタル酸(isophthalic acid)、アジピン酸(adipic acid)、アゼライン酸(azelaic acid)、ナフタレンジカルボン酸(naphthalenedicarboxylic acid)、およびスクシン酸(succinic acid)からなる群より選択される一つ以上である、請求項1に記載の熱収縮フィルム。
- 収縮開始温度が65℃以下であり、65℃で最大熱収縮率が25%以上である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の熱収縮フィルム。
- 95℃で最大熱収縮率が75%以上である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の熱収縮フィルム。
- 前記ジオールは、1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール、ジエチレングリコール、およびエチレングリコールをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の熱収縮フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記ジオールは、前記ジカルボン酸100モル%に対して、4−(ヒドロキシメチル)シクロヘキシルメチル4’−(ヒドロキシメチル)シクロヘキサンカルボキシレート0.1乃至10モル%、4,4−(オキシビス(メチレン)ビス)シクロヘキサンメタノール0.1乃至12モル%、1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール0.1乃至15モル%、ジエチレングリコール2乃至15モル%、およびエチレングリコール48乃至97.7モル%を含む、請求項7に記載の熱収縮フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記エステル化反応は、前記ジカルボン酸に対してジオールを1.2乃至3.0のモル比で投入し、230乃至265℃の反応温度、および1.0乃至3.0kg/cm2の圧力下で100乃至300分間行う、請求項6に記載の熱収縮フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記エステル化反応または重縮合反応では、触媒、安定剤、および呈色剤を含む添加剤が使用される、請求項6に記載の熱収縮フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記重縮合反応は、260乃至290℃の反応温度および400乃至0.1mmHgの減圧条件下で行う、請求項6に記載の熱収縮フィルムの製造方法。
