Claims (20)
- 整形外科用インプラントキットであって、
ロック可能な多軸スクリュ(1)と、
組織拡張スリーブ(9)と、
スクリュドライバと、
スクリュエキステンダ(6)と、
ロッド(7)と、
ロッド短縮手段(8)と、
セットスクリュドライバ(26)と、
トルク制限機構(10、28)と、
スクリュ解放器具(26)と
を含む前記インプラントキット。 - 請求項1に記載のインプラントキット用のロック可能な多軸の整形外科用スクリュ(1)であって;
前記スクリュは、ヘッド(2)およびねじ付部分(4)を含み;
ヘッド(2)およびねじ付部分(4)は、2つの別個の要素を形成し、互いに固定されるが、特定の方向に沿って独立に方向付けることができ;
前記スクリュ(1)は、起動されたとき、ねじ付部分(4)とヘッド(2)の間の相対的な動きを抑えるロッキング要素(5)をさらに含み、それによって多軸スクリュを単軸スクリュに変える

- 請求項1に記載のインプラントキット用の整形外科用スクリュエキステンダ(6)であって、円筒体遠位部(16)の方を向く開放端を有する2つの相対する長手方向スロット(15)によって隔てられた2つの半分のチューブ(23)で作られた中空円筒体(14)を含み、前記遠位部(16)は、スクリュヘッド(2)を受け、保持するように寸法を定められ、ここで、前記円筒体(14)は内部のねじ付部(19)を含む、前記スクリュエキステンダ。
- 円筒体(14)は、単一の部片で作られ、前記遠位部(16)は、スクリュヘッド(2)のクリップ留めおよびその後の解放を可能にするように、それ自体の弾性によって半径方向に伸長可能である、請求項6に記載のスクリュエキステンダ(6)。
- たとえば、前記遠位部(16)を半径方向に伸長するように適用された内部の回転可能なチューブなどの伸長手段を含む、請求項6または7に記載のスクリュエキステンダ(6)。
