Abstract
Description

Claims (20)
- 整形外科用インプラントキットであって、
ロック可能な多軸スクリュ(1)と、
組織拡張スリーブ(9)と、
スクリュドライバと、
スクリュエキステンダ(6)と、
ロッド(7)と、
ロッド短縮手段(8)と、
セットスクリュドライバ(26)と、
トルク制限機構(10、28)と、
スクリュ解放器具(26)と
を含む前記インプラントキット。 - 請求項1に記載のインプラントキット用のロック可能な多軸の整形外科用スクリュ(1)であって;
前記スクリュは、ヘッド(2)およびねじ付部分(4)を含み;
ヘッド(2)およびねじ付部分(4)は、2つの別個の要素を形成し、互いに固定されるが、特定の方向に沿って独立に方向付けることができ;
前記スクリュ(1)は、起動されたとき、ねじ付部分(4)とヘッド(2)の間の相対的な動きを抑えるロッキング要素(5)をさらに含み、それによって多軸スクリュを単軸スクリュに変える
