Claims (9)
- 中空円筒体遠位部(16)に向かう開放端を有する2つの相対向する長手方向スロット(15)を含む中空円筒体(14)を含む整形外科用スクリュエキステンダ(6)であって、
前記遠位部(16)は、中空円筒体(14)に向かって中空円筒体(14)の主要軸の方向に、スクリュヘッド(2)に上向きの圧力により該スクリュヘッド(2)を受け入れるように構成され、および該スクリュヘッド(2)に下方向の圧力によりスクリュヘッド(2)を中空円筒体(14)から次第に分離するように構成されたスクリュ係合機構(17、18)を有し、
スクリュ係合機構(17、18)は、スクリュヘッド(2)上への下向き押力がスクリュエキステンダ(6)を横方向に広げることなく、スクリュエキステンダ(6)からスクリュヘッド(2)を徐々に分離するように構成されている、
