・ CRE[constant rate of extension=定速伸長]気圧式クランプを用いた引張試験器
・ 保護撚り数100t/m(t/m=turns/m=1メートル当たりの回転数)を有するマルチフィラメント糸を試験
・ 試験片を張る長さ: 500mm
・ 引張速度 (移動速度): 500mm/分 (100%/分)。
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも2つの互いに撚り合わせられたマルチフィラメント糸製のハイブリッドコードであって、第一のマルチフィラメント糸がビスコースのマルチフィラメント糸であり、且つ、さらなるマルチフィラメント糸が、第一のマルチフィラメント糸と同一ではない材料からなる非金属のマルチフィラメント糸であり、前記ビスコースのマルチフィラメント糸が、DIN EN ISO 139−1:2005による標準環境において状態調節された後、糸の線密度<1100dtexおよび破断強度≧45cN/texを有し、並びに前記ハイブリッドコードがコードの線密度≦3000dtexを有することを特徴とする、前記ハイブリッドコード。
- 前記さらなるマルチフィラメント糸が、≧50〜≦1800dtexの範囲、有利には≧200〜≦1200dtexの範囲、特に好ましくは≧250〜≦800dtexの範囲の糸の線密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッドコード。
- 前記ハイブリッドコードが、コードの線密度≦2500dtex、好ましくは≦2000dtexを有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッドコード。
- 前記ビスコースのマルチフィラメント糸が、≧150dtex〜<1100dtexの範囲、好ましくは≧170dtex〜<900dtexの範囲の糸の線密度、および≧45cN/tex〜≦60cN/texの範囲、好ましくは≧45cN/tex〜≦56cN/texの範囲の破断強度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドコード。
- 前記ビスコースのマルチフィラメント糸が≧200dtex〜<800dtexの範囲の糸の線密度、および≧45cN/tex〜≦53cN/texの範囲の破断強度を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のハイブリッドコード。
- 前記ビスコースのマルチフィラメント糸が、1.2〜4.0dtexの範囲、好ましくは2.4〜3.0dtexの範囲のフィラメントの線密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドコード。
- 前記ビスコースのマルチフィラメント糸が、≧5%〜≦20%の範囲、好ましくは≧6%〜≦15%の範囲の破断点伸びを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドコード。
- 前記さらなる非金属のマルチフィラメント糸が、アラミドのマルチフィラメント糸および/またはポリアミドのマルチフィラメント糸であり、有利にはPA66のマルチフィラメント糸であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドコード。
- 前記さらなる非金属のマルチフィラメント糸が、ポリエステルのマルチフィラメント糸、有利にはPETのマルチフィラメント糸、特に好ましくは高弾性率で低収縮のPETのマルチフィラメント糸であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドコード。
- 前記さらなる非金属のマルチフィラメント糸が、≧50〜≦1800dtexの範囲、有利には≧250〜≦800dtexの範囲の糸の線密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドコード。
- 前記第一のビスコースのマルチフィラメント糸がレーヨンマルチフィラメント糸であり、且つ前記さらなるマルチフィラメント糸がPA66のマルチフィラメント糸であり、前記ハイブリッドコードが、有利には450 tpm S(Z) + 450 tpm S(Z)、450 tpm Z(S)で撚り合わせられた、レーヨン780×1 + PA66 700×1の構成を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドコード。
- 前記第一のビスコースのマルチフィラメント糸がレーヨンのマルチフィラメント糸であり、且つ前記さらなるマルチフィラメント糸がアラミドのマルチフィラメント糸であり、前記ハイブリッドコードが、有利には600 tpm S(Z) + 600 tpm S(Z)、600 tpm Z(S)で撚り合わせられた、レーヨン620×1 + アラミド 550×1の構成を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドコード。
- 前記第一のビスコースのマルチフィラメント糸がレーヨンのマルチフィラメント糸であり、第二のマルチフィラメント糸がアラミドのマルチフィラメント糸であり、且つ第三のマルチフィラメント糸が第一のマルチフィラメント糸と同一のレーヨンのマルチフィラメント糸であり、前記ハイブリッドコードが、有利には600 tpm S(Z) + 600 tpm S(Z)、600 tpm Z(S)で撚り合わせられた、レーヨン620×1 + アラミド 550×1+レーヨン 620×1の構成を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドコード。
