Claims (12)

  1. 流体用の容器であって、可撓性材料から形成された容量部と、該容器内にある1個以上の入口と、該容器内にある1個以上の出口と、該容器の該容量部内に少なくとも部分的に取り付けられたインペラアセンブリと、該容器内の流体の所定容量と、該容器の該容量部内にある可撓性バッフルとを備え、該可撓性バッフルはX字形であり、かつ、該流体の所定容量に部分的にのみ沈められている容器。
  2. 前記容量部が閉鎖容量部である、請求項1に記載の容器。
  3. 前記容器がバイオリアクターである、請求項1に記載の容器。
  4. 前記流体が細胞を含む、請求項に記載の容器。
  5. 前記流体が前記細胞用のマイクロキャリアをさらに含む、請求項に記載の容器。
  6. 容器内において流体を混合させる方法であって、次の工程:
    容量部を画定する容器を準備し;
    該容器の該容量部内に少なくとも部分的に取り付けられたインペラアセンブリを準備し;
    容器の該容量部内に可撓性X字形バッフルを配置し;
    混合される流体を該容器に該バッフルを部分的にのみ沈めるレベルにまで導入し;及び
    該インペラアセンブリを駆動させて該流体を混合させ、これにより、該バッフルが混合の間に任意の渦の形成を最小限に抑えること
    を含む方法。
  7. 前記容器がバイオリアクターである、請求項に記載の方法。
  8. 前記流体が細胞を含む、請求項に記載の方法。
  9. 前記流体が前記細胞用のマイクロキャリアをさらに含む請求項に記載の方法。
  10. 前記可撓性バッフルが前記容器の内径寸法に延在する、請求項1に記載の容器。
  11. 前記バッフルが前記容器の内径寸法に延在する、請求項に記載の方法
  12. 前記バッフルが前記容器の内径寸法に延在するように前記容器の前記容量部内に配置される、請求項に記載の方法。
