Abstract
Description

Claims (16)
- (A)酢酸ビニル含量が25%未満であるエチレン酢酸ビニルポリマー、
(B)官能化エチレン−α−オレフィンコポリマー、
(C)ワックス、および
(D)粘着付与剤
を含むホットメルト接着剤組成物であって、
該接着剤は官能化エチレン−α−オレフィンコポリマーを含まない接着剤よりも改善された低温可とう性および耐熱性を有する、ホットメルト接着剤組成物。 - エチレン酢酸ビニルポリマーが、ASTM D1238に従って約200〜約500のメルトインデックスを有する、請求項1に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- エチレン酢酸ビニルポリマーが、約22%未満の酢酸ビニル含量を有する、請求項1に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- エチレン酢酸ビニルポリマーが、約20%未満の酢酸ビニル含量を有する、請求項3に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- 官能化エチレン−α−オレフィンコポリマーが、C3、C4、C5、C6、C7、C8、C9、C10、C11またはC12モノマーから選択されるコモノマーとエチレンとを含む、請求項1に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- 官能化エチレン−α−オレフィンコポリマーが、フマル酸、アクリル酸、アセテート、スルホネート、シトラコン酸無水物および無水マレイン酸からなる群より選択される官能基でグラフトされたコポリマーである、請求項1に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- ワックスが、約80℃より高い融点を有する、請求項1に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- ワックスが、約85℃より高い融点を有する、請求項6に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- ワックスが、マイクロクリスタリンワックス、パラフィンワックス、ポリエチレンワックス、ポリプロピレンワックス、副産物ポリエチレンワックスおよびフィッシャー−トロプシュワックスからなる群より選択される、請求項7に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- 粘着付与剤が、約70℃〜約150℃の環球式軟化点を有する、請求項1に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- 粘着付与剤が、脂肪族または脂環式炭化水素、芳香族炭化水素、芳香族修飾脂肪族または脂環式炭化水素、ロジン、ロジンエステルおよびテルペンエステルからなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- 可塑剤および/または油をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- 酸化防止剤、安定剤、架橋剤、充填剤、核化剤、粘着促進剤、エラストマー、着色剤、レオロジー調節剤およびそれらの混合物のうちの1種または複数をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- セルロース系基材と、
(A)酢酸ビニル含量が25%未満であるエチレン酢酸ビニルポリマー、

(C)ワックス、および
(D)粘着付与剤
を含む接着剤とを含む物品であって、
該接着剤は官能化エチレン−α−オレフィンコポリマーを含まない接着剤よりも改善された低温可とう性および耐熱性を有する物品。 - セルロース系基材が、バージンクラフト紙、再生クラフト紙、高および低密度クラフト紙および/またはチップボードである、請求項13に記載の物品。
- ケース、カートン、トレイまたは袋である、請求項14に記載の物品。
