Abstract
Description
A)少なくとも1つの溶剤中のイオン化可能な基を有する、少なくとも1つの高分子量ポリウレタンの溶液を準備する工程、
B)イオン化可能な基を有する、少なくとも1つの高分子量ポリウレタンを、少なくとも1つの中和剤で部分的に中和する工程、
C)イオン化可能な基を有する、少なくとも1つの高分子量ポリウレタンを水中に分散させる工程、
D)少なくとも1つの溶剤を除去する工程、
E)任意に、前記の溶剤の除去後の分散液をさらなる水で希釈する工程、
F)前記の溶剤の除去後に中和剤を添加する工程
を含む、ポリウレタン分散液の製造法によって解決された。
a)少なくとも1つの有機ジイソシアネート、または有機イソシアネートからなる、算術平均NCO官能価1.9〜2.3を有する少なくとも1つの混合物[モノマーI]、
b)500〜5000の数平均分子量の少なくとも1つの2価ポリアルコール、または500〜5000の数平均分子量のポリアルコールからなる、アルコール性OH基の算術平均官能価1.6〜2.3を有する少なくとも1つの混合物[モノマーII]、
c)1〜3個のアルコール性OH基ならびに少なくとも1個のイオン化可能な基を含む、少なくとも1つのアルコール[モノマーIII]、
d)62〜499の数平均分子量の2価アルコール無しかもしくは1つ以上、または62〜499の数平均分子量のアルコールからなる、アルコール性OH基の算術平均官能価1.9〜2.3を有する1つの混合物[モノマーIV]、
e)1価ポリエーテルアルコール無しかまたは1つ以上[モノマーV]および
f)少なくとも2個の−N−H−基を有するポリアミン無しかまたは1つ以上[モノマーVI]。
組み入れられたモノマーII/モノマーIのOH/NCO当量比率が0.2〜0.6であり、
組み入れられたモノマーIII/モノマーIのOH/NCO当量比率が0.2〜0.8であり、
組み入れられたモノマーIV/モノマーIのOH/NCO当量比率が0〜0.2であり、かつ
組み入れられたモノマーV/モノマーIのOH/NCO当量比率が0〜0.2であり、および
組み入れられたモノマーVI/モノマーIのNH/NCO当量比率が0〜0.1である程度に計量され、
モノマーIのNCO基とモノマーII〜Vのアルコール性OH基との合計により平均化された、全部合わせて組み入れられたモノマーI〜Vの算術平均官能価が1.8〜2.3である程度に計量され、組み入れられたモノマーI、組み入れられたモノマーII〜VのOH基ならびに組み入れられたモノマーVIの−N−H基のNCO/(OH + −NH)当量比率が0.9〜1.0でありかつ同時にモノマーVIを一緒に組み入れた場合に組み入れられたモノマーIおよび組み入れられたモノマーII〜Vの合計のNCO/OH当量比率が1を上回る程度に計量され、モノマーIIが30質量%未満のエトキシル化度を有する程度に計量され、モノマーVが少なくとも40質量%のエトキシル化度を有する程度に計量され、かつ水性配合物中の高分子量ポリウレタン1グラム当たり、組み入れられたモノマーIIIのイオノゲン基0.05〜2mMolがイオン化して存在する程度に計量される。
イソシアネート基のモル量を示すNCOおよび
付加反応でイソシアネートと反応しうる官能基のモル量の合計を示すRGを有するNCO:RGの比が
1:1〜3:1、有利に1.05:1〜2:1、特に有利に1.1:1〜1.5:1である程度に選択される。
(CnH2n-1O2)-ならびに(Cn+1H2n-2O4)2-〔式中、nは1〜20である〕に規定されるセシウムカルボキシレートは、好ましい。特に好ましいセシウム塩は、一般式
(CnH2n-1O2)-〔式中、nは1〜20の数を表わす〕のモノカルボキシラートをアニオンとして有する。この場合、殊にギ酸アニオン(ホルメート)、酢酸アニオン(アセテート)、プロピオン酸アニオン(プロピオネート)、ヘキサン酸アニオン(ヘキサノエート)および2−エチルヘキサン酸アニオン(2−エチルヘキサノエート)を挙げることができる。
測定
NCO含量は、DIN−EN ISO 11909により容積測定法により測定された。
DBTL ジブチル錫ジラウレート、
DMPA ジメチロールプロピオン酸、
Lupranol 1000 ポリプロピレンオキシド、分子量2000g/mol、
TDI トルイレンジイソシアネート、2,6−異性体20%、2,4−異性体80%、
TEA トリエチルアミン。
TDI 87.1g(0.50mol)とLupranol 1000 400g(0.20mol)とDMPA 40.2g(0.30mol)とDBTL 0.2gとの混合物を95℃で5.5時間反応させた。引続き、30℃に冷却し、かつNCO基の含量を測定した:反応混合物に対して0.26質量%。次に、アセトン400gで希釈し、かつTEA 29.1g(0.29mol、DMPAに対して96モル%に相当する)ならびに水1750gを攪拌混入した。
TDI 87.1g(0.50mol)とLupranol 1000 400g(0.20mol)とDMPA 40.2g(0.30mol)とDBTL 0.2gとの混合物を95℃で5.5時間反応させた。引続き、30℃に冷却し、かつNCO基の含量を測定した:反応混合物に対して0.26質量%。次に、アセトン400gで希釈し、かつTEA 12.1g(0.12mol、DMPAに対して40モル%に相当する)ならびに水1250gを攪拌混入した。
Claims (10)
- 水性ポリウレタン配合物の製造法であって、次の工程:
A)少なくとも1つの溶剤中のイオン化可能な基を有する、少なくとも1つの高分子量ポリウレタンの溶液を準備する工程、
B)イオン化可能な基を有する、少なくとも1つの高分子量ポリウレタンを、少なくとも1つの中和剤で部分的に中和する工程、
C)イオン化可能な基を有する、少なくとも1つの高分子量ポリウレタンを水中に分散させる工程、
D)任意に、少なくとも1つの溶剤を除去する工程、
E)任意に、前記の溶剤の除去後の混合物をさらなる水で希釈する工程、
F)前記の溶剤の除去後に中和剤を添加する工程
を含む、前記方法。 - 工程C)〜F)を、指定された順序で実施する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1個のイオン化可能な基は、カルボキシル基またはスルホン酸基である、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 高分子量ポリウレタンは、少なくとも1個のカルボキシル基を有するポリオールを含む、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの中和剤は、有機塩基である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの中和剤は、アミンである、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの中和剤は、トリエチルアミンである、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- アセトンを溶剤として使用する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 皮革の製造のための、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造されたポリウレタン分散液の使用。
- 皮革の製造における接着性プライマーとしての、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造されたポリウレタン分散液の使用。
