Claims (16)
- 電気化学セルであって、
第1の電極(11)と接触する第1の集電部(20)を有するとともに、第1の接続部(24)を有する、第1の集電体(16)と、
第2の電極(13)と接触する第2の集電部(30)を有するとともに、第2の接続部(34)を有し、前記第1の集電体(16)と重なり合う、第2の集電体(18)と、を備え、
前記第1と第2の集電体(16,18)は、それらの前記第1と第2の接続部(24,34)によって相互に接続され、前記第1と第2の接続部(24,34)の間の距離(d)は、前記第1と第2の集電部(20,30)の間の距離(D)の50%以下であり、前記第1と第2の集電体(16,18)のうち少なくとも一方は、少なくとも一部分に、少なくとも1つの内向きに広がる長手窪み(44,54)を有し、これにより、少なくとも1つの折り曲げ構造体(40,41,42,43)を形成しており、前記第1の集電体の前記内向きに広がる長手窪み(44,54)は、前記第2の集電体の前記内向きに広がる長手窪み(44,54)に略対向するように配置されている、電気化学セル。 - 前記第1と第2の集電部(20,30)のうち少なくとも一方は、対応する前記第1または第2の接続部(24,34)と一体に形成されている、請求項1に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記第1と第2の集電体(16,18)のうち少なくとも一方は、対応する前記第1または第2の集電部(20,30)と前記第1または第2の接続部(24,34)との間に、第1または第2の異形部(22,32)を有する、請求項1または2に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記第1と第2の異形部(22,32)のうち少なくとも一方は、対応する前記第1または第2の集電部(20,30)、および前記第1または第2の接続部(24,34)に、マージしている、請求項3に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記第1と第2の異形部(22,32)のうち少なくとも一方は、扁平化または引き延ばしたZ形のプロファイルを有する、請求項3または4に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記第1と第2の接続部(24,34)の間の距離(d)は、100μm以下、80μm以下、50μm以下、または50μmと25μmの間である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記第1と第2の接続部(24,34)は、絶縁性接着剤(26)によって互いに接合されて、外縁(28)を形成している、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1つに記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記接着剤(26)は、エポキシ接着剤を含む、請求項7に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記第1と第2の集電体(16,18)のうち少なくとも一方は、少なくとも2つの分離した折り曲げ構造体または交差した折り曲げ構造体(40,41,42,43)を有する、請求項8に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記第1の集電体(16)は、少なくとも第1の窪み(44)を有し、前記第2の集電体(18)は、前記第1の窪み(44)と略重なり合う少なくとも第2の窪み(54)を有する、請求項8または9に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記折り曲げ構造体(40,41,42,43)のうちの少なくとも2つは、前記第1および/または第2の集電部(20,30)の平面内で、互いに略平行に、または互いに対して30°〜90°の間の所定の角度で、延在する、請求項9または10に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記少なくとも1つの折り曲げ構造体(40,41,42,43)は、前記外縁(28)の延長に略垂直な向きに配置される、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1つに記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記折り曲げ構造体(40,41,42,43)は、前記第1と第2の集電部(20,30)のうち少なくとも一方の上に矩形パターン(48)および/または三角パターン(49)を形成している、先行する請求項9乃至12のいずれか1つに記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記第1の集電体(16)と前記第2の集電体(18)は、前記第1と第2の電極(11,13)のための封入ハウジング(15)を形成している、請求項1乃至13のいずれか1つに記載の電気化学セル。
- 当該セルは、携帯電話機、スマートカード、携帯型全地球測位システム、ポータブルコンピュータ、タブレットコンピュータ、心拍計、MP3プレーヤ、ウォークマン、のうちから選択された電子機器に、電源として組み込まれる、請求項1乃至14のいずれか1つに記載の電気化学セル。
- フレキシブルタイプの電子腕時計であって、電源ユニットと、計時回路ユニットと、時間関連データを表示するための表示ユニットと、前記ユニットの少なくとも1つのためのフレキシブル基板と、を備え、前記電源ユニットは、先行する請求項1乃至14のいずれか1つに記載のフレキシブル電気化学セルを有することを特徴とする電子時計。
