Claims (5)
- 粘弾性ポリマーの環状ベルト(7)を備えたブローチ加工されたディスクを摩擦圧接するための補助装置であって、
前記ベルトは、交互に配置されたブッシング(9)とノッチ(10)を備え、
前記ベルトは、前記ディスクの外周の周りに締め付けるように配置されるバンデージ(8)を備え、
前記ブッシング(9)と前記ノッチ(10)は、前記バンデージ(8)の内側面にあることを特徴とする補助装置。 - 前記ベルトは、半径方向内側に突出する、前記ベルトの側縁上の平坦な細片(11)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の補助圧接装置。
- 前記ポリマーは、ポリウレタンであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の補助圧接装置。
- ブローチ加工されたディスクの摩擦圧接法であって、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の補助装置を用いて、前記ディスクの周りに締め付けるように配置された前記バンデージ(8)と、前記ディスクの外周の周りに形成されたスロット(1)を貫通することで圧接中に前記スロットと交互に配置された前記ディスクの歯(2)の間に圧縮されるブッシング(9)とを調整することを特徴とする摩擦圧接方法。
- 前記ベルトが自由状態であるとき、前記ベルトの内半径は、前記ディスクの外半経よりも3〜20%小さいことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の圧接方法。
