Claims (20)
- 焦電結晶を備え相互接続された複数のセグメントを含み、何れかのセグメントに赤外線が照射されると単一の単体信号を発生するように構成されているセンサー素子を具備するセンサー。
- 窓を画定するハウジングを更に具備し、前記センサー素子は、該ハウジング内に少なくとも部分的に配置され、前記窓に少なくとも部分的に位置合せされている請求項1に記載のセンサー。
- 前記センサー素子は5つ以上の側面を含む請求項1に記載のセンサー。
- 前記センサー素子は楕円形である請求項3に記載のセンサー。
- 前記センサー素子は、少なくとも部分的に弓形である周辺部を有する請求項1に記載のセンサー。
- 各焦電結晶は鉛塩結晶を含む請求項1に記載のセンサー。
- 各セグメントは、約±20%の範囲内の実質的に同様の抵抗値を有する請求項1に記載のセンサー。
- 赤外線センサーであって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に少なくとも部分的に配置され、相互接続された複数の焦電セグメントを含む焦電素子であって、該赤外線センサーは、何れかのセグメントに赤外線が照射されると単一の単体信号を発生するように構成されている焦電素子とを具備する赤外線センサー。 - 前記焦電素子は5つ以上の側面を含む請求項8に記載の赤外線センサー。
- 前記焦電素子は、少なくとも部分的に弓形である周辺部を有する請求項9に記載の赤外線センサー。
- 前記焦電素子は鉛塩結晶を含む請求項8に記載の赤外線センサー。
- 前記ハウジングは缶パッケージを有する請求項8に記載の赤外線センサー。
- 前記焦電素子は、前記窓に少なくとも部分的に位置合せされており、前記赤外線センサーは、前記窓を覆うレンズを更に具備する請求項8に記載の赤外線センサー。
- 各焦電セグメントは、約±20%の範囲内の実質的に同様の抵抗値を有する請求項8に記載の赤外線センサー。
