Description
Claims (15)
- 安全領域(14)への入り口としての防護扉(12)と、
電気的に非接触で互いに作用して防護扉信号を生成することができるアクチュエータ(40)とセンサ(42)とを備えた、前記防護扉(12)の状態を監視する防護扉監視モジュール(18)と、
前記防護扉信号を分析し、前記防護扉信号に応じて前記安全領域(12)にある機械またはシステム(16)を制御するよう構成された制御装置(32)と、
本体(50)と前記本体(50)に配置された施錠レバー(52)とを有する施錠装置(48)であって、解除位置から、前記施錠レバー(52)が前記アクチュエータ(40)と前記センサ(42)の間の前記電気的に非接触な相互作用を妨げる制止位置へ前記本体(50)に対して移動させることができるとともに、受け口(54)に差し込まれたときに前記施錠レバー(52)を前記制止位置に保持する施錠自在固定部(56)のための前記受け口(54)を有する前記施錠装置(48)と、を備えた防護扉監視システム(10)。 - 前記防護扉監視モジュール(18)は、前記防護扉(12)の磁気ロック用の電磁石(44)をさらに備えた、請求項1に記載の防護扉監視システム。
- 前記制止位置にある前記施錠レバー(52)は、前記アクチュエータ(40)と前記センサ(42)とを互いに機械的に隔てることで、前記アクチュエータ(40)と前記センサ(42)の間の前記電気的に非接触な相互作用を妨げる、請求項1または請求項2に記載の防護扉監視システム。
- 前記センサ(42)は、前記防護扉(12)の第1部分(22)に配置され、前記アクチュエータ(40)は、前記防護扉(12)の第2部分(26)に配置され、前記両部分(22、26)は、前記防護扉(12)が開いたとき互いに離れる、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の防護扉監視システム。
- 前記施錠装置(48)は前記防護扉(12)の前記第1部分(22)に配置されている、請求項4に記載の防護扉監視システム。
- 前記施錠装置(48)は前記防護扉(12)の前記第2部分(26)に配置されている、請求項4に記載の防護扉監視システム。
- 前記施錠レバー(52)は、前記解除位置から前記制止位置へ回動軸(64)の周りを前記本体(50)に対して機械的に回動できる、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の防護扉監視システム。
- 前記施錠レバー(52)を手動で回動させるために、前記施錠レバー(52)には把持グリップ(62)が設けられ、前記把持グリップ(62)は前記回動軸(64)に実質的に沿って延びている、請求項7に記載の防護扉監視システム。
- 前記施錠レバー(52)は、前記回動軸(64)に沿って配置されているばね要素(66)を介して前記本体(50)に連結され、前記解除位置および/または前記制止位置にある前記ばね要素は、前記施錠レバー(52)を前記本体(50)に押し付ける弾性力を発揮する、請求項7に記載の防護扉監視システム。
- 前記施錠レバー(52)は、前記解除位置および/または前記制止位置において前記本体(50)に係止できる、請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の防護扉監視システム。
- 前記本体(50)には第1および第2凹部(72、70)が設けられ、前記施錠レバー(52)は、前記第1凹部(72)における配置によって前記解除位置で係止し、前記第2凹部(70)における配置によって前記制止位置で係止する、請求項10に記載の防護扉監視システム。
- 前記施錠自在固定部(56)のための前記受け口(54)は、前記施錠レバー(52)における孔として形成されている、請求項1〜請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の防護扉監視システム。
- 前記本体(50)には凹部(76)が設けられ、前記凹部(76)は、前記施錠レバー(52)に設けた前記孔(54)と少なくとも部分的に整列する前記施錠レバー(52)の前記制止位置にある、請求項1〜請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の防護扉監視システム。
- 前記施錠レバー(52)に施錠自在固定部(56)の受け口として2つの孔(54、54’)を設け、前記本体(50)に2つの凹部(76、76’)を設け、前記施錠レバー(52)の前記制止位置にある前記凹部は、前記施錠レバーに設けた前記孔(54、54’)と少なくとも部分的に整列する、請求項1〜請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の防護扉監視システム。
- 防護扉(12)の状態を監視し、電気的に接触しないで互いに作用して防護扉信号を生成することができるアクチュエータ(40)とセンサ(42)とを備えた防護扉監視モジュール(18)の施錠装置(48)であって、
前記施錠装置(48)は、本体(50)と前記本体(50)に配置された施錠レバー(52)とを有し、前記施錠装置(48)は、解除位置から、前記施錠レバー(52)が前記アクチュエータ(40)と前記センサ(42)の間の前記電気的に非接触な相互作用を妨げる制止位置へ前記本体(50)に対して前記施錠レバー(52)を移動させることができ、前記施錠装置(48)は、受け口(54)に差し込まれたときに前記施錠レバー(52)を前記制止位置に保持する施錠自在固定部(56)のための前記受け口(54)を備えた、防護扉監視モジュール(18)の施錠装置(48)。
