Abstract
Description
基材に取り付けられる部品と、
部品を基材に付着させるための接着テープであって、実質的に平坦な形状を有し、第1の主表面が部品に面し、第1の主表面は、第1の主表面に対して垂直な横断面において、第1の縁部から第2の縁部へと延びる、接着テープと、
第1の表面上の貼合領域であって、接着テープが部品に貼合される領域である、貼合領域と、を備え、
貼合領域が第1の主表面よりも小さい、複合物品を提供することによって達成され得る。
基材に取り付けられる部品を用意する工程と、
部品を基材に付着させるための接着テープであり、実質的に平坦な形状を有し、第1の主表面が部品に面する、接着テープを用意する工程と、
接着テープが部品に貼合される、部品と接着テープとの間の貼合領域が、第1の主表面よりも小さくなるように、接着テープを部品に貼合する工程と、を含む。
本発明による熱活性接着剤樹脂層に使用される接着剤樹脂は、1種類以上のオレフィン単量体の重合体であり、以下では熱活性ポリオレフィンとも呼ばれる。
本発明による感圧性接着剤層は、アクリル系感圧性接着剤を含む。好ましくは、感圧性接着剤層は、アクリル系感圧性接着剤から本質的になる。
(a)重合可能な組成物を泡立たせて感圧性接着剤の状態にする工程と、
(b)泡を支持体の上に塗布する工程と、
(c)塗布された泡を現位置で感圧性接着剤の状態へと重合させて、気泡質構造を有する感圧性接着剤膜を設ける工程とによって製作される。
本発明の接着テープは、自動車産業で望まれているように、ゴム製物品を(熱活性層によって)様々な表面に(感圧性接着剤層によって)付着させるのに特に有用である。本発明による接着テープの熱活性層は、多様なゴムへの良好な接着性と、表面エネルギーの低いエラストマーをもたらす。
本発明による複合物品は、多様な基材に接着され得る。複合物品の部品が造形ゴム、例えばゴムシール又はゴムガスケットである場合、その複合物品は自動車産業において使用され得、したがって、金属の車体部、プラスチックの車体部、車両のガラス部、塗装済み及び非塗装の金属車体部など、種々の基材に付着され得る。
Claims (15)
- 基材に取り付けられる部品(2)と、
前記部品を前記基材に付着させるための接着テープ(3)であって、実質的に平坦な形状を有し、第1の主表面(6)は前記部品に面しており、前記第1の主表面は、前記第1の主表面に対して垂直な横断面において、第1の縁部(8)から第2の縁部(9)へと延びている、接着テープ(3)と、
前記第1の主表面上の貼合領域(11)であって、前記接着テープが前記部品に貼合される領域である、貼合領域(11)と、を備え、
前記貼合領域は、前記第1の主表面よりも小さい、複合物品。 - 基材に取り付けられる前記部品(2)は、造形ゴム物品である、請求項1に記載の複合物品。
- 前記基材は、自動車両の車体である、請求項1又は2に記載の複合物品。
- 前記部品(2)を前記基材に付着させるための前記接着テープ(3)は、熱活性接着剤層(5)と感圧性接着剤層(4)とを備え、前記熱活性接着剤層は、前記部品に面しており、かつ前記部品に貼合されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の複合物品。
- 前記熱活性接着剤層は樹脂の層であり、前記樹脂は、オレフィン類からなる群から選択される1種類以上の単量体の重合体である、請求項4に記載の複合物品。
- 前記感圧性接着剤層は、アクリル系感圧性接着剤を含む、請求項4又は5に記載の複合物品。
- 前記貼合領域(11)は、連続的又は不連続的である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の複合物品。
- 前記貼合領域(11)は、前記第1の主表面(6)に対して垂直な前記横断面において、前記第2の縁部(9)から、前記第1の縁部(8)から一定の距離(12)のところまで延びている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の複合物品。
- 前記貼合領域(11)は、前記第1の主表面(6)に対して垂直な前記横断面において、前記第1の縁部(8)までの距離が前記第2の縁部(9)までの距離と同じになるように構成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の複合物品。
- 前記第1の主表面(6)の幅(a)は、前記第1の主表面に対して垂直な前記横断面において、4mm〜22mm、好ましくは6mm〜16mm、より好ましくは約8mm〜11mmである、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の複合物品。
- 前記第1の主表面(6)に対して垂直な前記横断面における、少なくとも1つの縁部から前記貼合領域(11)までの距離は、0.5mm〜4mm、より好ましくは約2mmである、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の複合物品。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の複合物品を製作する方法であって、
基材に取り付けられる部品を用意する工程と、
前記部品を基材に付着させるための接着テープであり、実質的に平坦な形状を有し、第1の主表面が前記部品に面する、接着テープを用意する工程と、
前記接着テープが前記部品に貼合される、前記部品と前記接着テープとの間の貼合領域が、前記第1の主表面よりも小さくなるように、前記接着テープを前記部品に貼合する工程と、を含む、方法。 - 前記接着テープは、赤外線及び/又は近赤外線によって活性化される、請求項12に記載の複合物品を製作する方法。
- マスキング法又は焦点合わせが、前記貼合領域を選択的に活性化するために用いられる、請求項13に記載の複合物品を製作する方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の複合物品を備える、自動車両。
