Abstract
Description
また別の従来技術がある特許文献に開示されている(例えば、特許文献4参照。)。この特許文献には、ピストンハウジングとその中で前後に移動可能な圧縮ピストとを備えたリニア圧縮機又は冷蔵装置であって、圧縮ピストンが、開口と、開口を通して流れるガス状流体とを有するハウジング壁によってピストンハウジング内に取り付けられている、リニア圧縮機又は冷蔵装置が開示されている。開口は凝縮流体を開口から出す孔又は溝を備えている。また、この解決策は、静的空力ベアリングのガス流の制御及び制限のための効率的な方法が明らかでなく、孔が非常に高い精度を必要とするので費用効率が高くないという問題点があった。
Claims (12)
- ガス圧縮機のピストン(1)とシリンダ(2)との間の軸受装置に使用するためのフローリストリクタ(16,17)であって、該ガス圧縮機が、少なくとも、
該シリンダ(2)を外方から包含する、1つの保護ブロック(8)と、
該シリンダ(2)内部の該ピストン(1)による圧縮運動から生じた吐出流によって流体を供給される、該保護ブロック(18)と該シリンダ(2)との間に配置された内部空洞(15)と、
該ピストン(1)の外壁と該シリンダ(2)の内壁とを分離する軸受装置(12)と、
該内部空洞(6)を該軸受装置(7)と流体的に連携させるハウジングを備えたフローリストリクタ(16,17)とを含み、
該フローリストリクタ(16,17)は、該ハウジング内部の少なくとも部分的な塑性変形の過程によって該ハウジングと連携させられ、該フローリストリクタ(16,17)が外側及び内側の流体通過チャネルを備えており、該内部空洞(15)を通って該軸受装置クリアランスへ流れるガス流量を制限するように該塑性変形の規模が設定されていることを特徴とする、フローリストリクタ(16,17)。 - 前記変形が平坦化によるものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機の空気静圧軸受のためのリストリクタ(16,17)。
- 前記変形が部分的又は全体的であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のリニア圧縮機の空気静圧軸受のためのリストリクタ(16,17)。
- 前記変形が単一の工具によって形成されるか、又は相互の運動を対向させる2つ又は3つ以上の工具によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のリニア圧縮機の空気静圧軸受のためのリストリクタ(16,17)。
- 前記リストリクタ(16,17)が、元素アルミニウム又は錫又は銅又は青銅又は黄銅のうちの少なくとも1種を含む金属材料から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機の空気静圧軸受のためのリストリクタ(16,17)。
- 多孔質材料から形成されている、リニア圧縮機の空気静圧軸受のためのリストリクタ(16,17)。
- 前記リストリクタ(16,17)が全長にわたって直線状又は螺旋状溝を呈していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のリニア圧縮機の空気静圧軸受のためのリストリクタ(16,17)。
- 前記リストリクタ(16,17)が全長にわたって鋸歯を呈していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機の空気静圧軸受のためのリストリクタ(16,17)。
- 前記リストリクタ(16,17)が全長にわたって雌ねじ山を呈していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機の空気静圧軸受のためのリストリクタ(16,17)。
- 前記リストリクタ(16,17)が全長にわたってスロット、空洞、又は穴を呈していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機の空気静圧軸受のための流体流量リストリクタ(16,17)。
- 前記リストリクタ(16,17)が筒状又は円錐形状の少なくとも1つの空洞を呈していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機の空気静圧軸受のためのリストリクタ(16,17)。
- 請求項1〜11のリニア圧縮機の空気静圧軸受のためのリストリクタ(16,17)。
