Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un estrangulador de flujo (16, 17) para la aplicación en un arreglo de cojinete entre un pistón (1) y un cilindro (2) de un compresor de gas. Tal compresor de gas comprende al menos un bloque protector (8) que involucra el cilindro (2) externamente. Además, el compresor de gas comprende al menos una cavidad interna (15), acomodada entre el bloque protector (8) y el cilindro (2), que es fluidamente alimentada por un flujo de descarga que resulta de un movimiento de compresión ejercido por el pistón (1) dentro del cilindro (2). Adicionalmente, el compresor de gas comprende además un espacio libre (12) del arreglo de cojinete que separa una pared externa del pistón (1) y una pared interna del cilindro (20). Además, el compresor de gas también comprende al menos un estrangulador de flujo (16, 17) provisto con un alojamiento que asocia fluidamente la cavidad interna (15) del espacio libre (12) del arreglo de cojinete. Tal estrangulador de flujo (16, 17) es asociado al alojamiento mediante un proceso de al menos la deformación plástica parcial dentro del alojamiento, el estrangulador de flujo (16, 17) es proporcionado con canales para el paso del fluido, la deformación plástica es de tamaño adecuado para limitar el flujo del gas a través de la cavidad interna (15) hacia el espacio libre (12) del arreglo de cojinete. La presente invención también se refiere a un compresor de gas que comprende un estrangulador de flujo (16, 17), como se describió anteriormente.
