Abstract
Description
−金型装填ステーション、成形ステーション及び移転ステーションは、各々、連続する金型を回転移動させて運搬するための手段を備える回転ホイールを備え、このホイールは、その回転軸が実質的に整列するように配置される。

−機械は、更に金型アンロードステーションを備え、このステーションにおいて、金型は開かれて、成形ステーションで成形された容器は連続する金型の型穴から引き出され、金型アンロードステーションは金型装填ステーションと構成要素を共有する。

Claims (8)
- プリフォーム(2)から容器(1)を製造する機械であって、
−連続する金型(28)の中へ連続するプリフォーム(2)を装填するための金型装填ステーション(20)であって、各金型(28)が、製造される前記容器(1)の形状を有する型穴(40)を形成する、少なくとも1つの金型装填ステーションと、
−前記容器(1)を成形する成形ステーション(64)であって、各プリフォーム(2)が前記型穴(40)によって画定された前記容器の前記形状を取得するように、前記プリフォームを拡張するために、各金型(28)に収容された前記プリフォーム(2)へ気体又は液体流体を注入することによって前記容器(1)を成形する、少なくとも1つの成形ステーション(64)と、
を備え、
前記金型装填ステーション(20)及び前記成形ステーションが、相互に別個のものであり、
前記機械が、前記プリフォーム(2)を収容する前記連続する金型(28)を、前記金型装填ステーション(20)から前記成形ステーション(64)へ移転するために、前記金型装填ステーションと前記成形ステーション(64)との間に配置された、移転ステーション(60)を備える、

- 前記機械が、前記閉栓された容器(1)を前記閉栓ステーション(74)から前記装填及びアンロードステーション(20)へ移転するために配置された、第2の移転ステーション(82)を備える、請求項5に記載の機械。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の機械を用いてプリフォーム(2)から容器(1)を製造する方法であって、前記方法が、
−前記金型装填ステーション(20)において金型(28)に前記プリフォームを装填するステップと、
−前記金型装填ステーション(20)から前記移転ステーション(60)を介して前記成形ステーション(64)へ、前記プリフォーム(2)を収容する前記金型(28)を移転するステップと、
−前記プリフォーム(2)が前記金型(28)の前記型穴(40)によって画定された前記容器(1)の形状を取得するように、前記成形ステーション(64)において前記プリフォーム(2)へ気体又は液体流体を注入するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記成形ステーション(64)において成形された前記容器(1)が、前記金型(28)が前記成形ステーション(64)から前記移転ステーション(60)又は別の移転ステーション(82)を介して前記金型装填ステーション(20)へ動いた後、前記金型装填ステーション(20)において前記金型(28)から取り出されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
