Claims (16)
- 正極/分離膜/負極の積層構造を含む電極組立体と、収容部が形成された下面と前記収容部を覆う上面とで構成され、前記収容部に1つまたは複数個の前記電極組立体が収容されたパウチ型外装材と、前記パウチ型外装材の外部に形成された電極端子とを含む二次電池において、
前記パウチ型外装材の周辺部を接合したシーリング部を含み、但し、前記電極端子が外装材の外部に形成されていない面の前記シーリング部が下面方向に90度折り畳まれている二次電池。 - 折り畳まれた前記シーリング部は、二次電池の側面に密着されている請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記シーリング部の幅は、二次電池の厚さ以下である請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記パウチ型外装材は、上面及び下面に収容部が形成されている請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記パウチ型外装材は、上面及び下面の収容部が互いに対称である請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記シーリング部の幅は、二次電池の厚さの1/2以下である請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記パウチ型外装材は、上面及び下面の収容部が互いに非対称である請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記シーリング部の幅は、前記パウチ型外装材の上面及び下面のうち、収容部の深さ方向の寸法が大きい方の面の深さ方向の寸法以下である請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記シーリング部は、前記パウチ型外装材の上面及び下面のうち、収容部の深さ方向の寸法が大きい方の面の方向に90度折り畳まれている請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記シーリング部は、折り畳まれて前記パウチ型外装材の片面に固定されている請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記シーリング部は、折り畳まれて熱融着または絶縁テープにより前記パウチ型外装材の片面に固定されている請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁テープは、最外側がポリオレフィン系高分子、ポリエステル系高分子及びナイロンの中から選択される物質からなる請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、リチウム二次電池である請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池を2以上含む電池パック。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池を1つ以上含むデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、携帯電話、携帯用コンピュータ、スマートフォン、スマートパッド、ネットブック、LEV(Light Electric Vehicle)、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車、または電力貯蔵装置である請求項15に記載のデバイス。
