Abstract
Description
本出願は、“大きな流量容量のために流体力制御を行う電気油圧式の圧力低減及び解放バルブ”と称されて2012年10月24日に出願された米国仮出願第61/718,172号の利益を主張するものである。前記米国仮出願はここで言及したことによりその全体が本明細書に組み入れられる。
1)(図4及び図5に示されたような)角度的整列を保持するスナップイン式スプリング、
2)(図7に示されたような)流体力が複数のウェブ部分を整列させることを可能にする軸受材料製のスプリング保持器、
3)(図6に示されたような)スロットに関連する孔の構成であって、相対的な角度の向きの変化が在るときに面積変化を低減する孔の構成、
4)相対回転を阻止する、溝内のピン、又は他の公知の方法、及び
5)スプリングは全く使わずに、スプールのウェブとケージのウェブとを整列させる流体力を用いる方法、
を含む、幾つかの方法により防がれる。
Claims (20)
- スプール第1スロット位置におけるスプール第1スロットと、スプール第2スロット位置におけるスプール第2スロットとを含むスプールと、
前記スプールを囲繞するケージであって、ケージ第1スロット位置におけるケージ第1スロットと、ケージ第2スロット位置におけるケージ第2スロットとを含む、ケージと、
を含む油圧式バルブであって、
当該バルブがオフ位置に在るとき、前記スプール第1スロット及び前記ケージ第1スロットは、該スプール第1スロット及び該ケージ第1スロットの両方を流体が通過することを可能にするように整列され、
当該バルブがオン位置に在るとき、前記スプール第2スロット及び前記ケージ第2スロットは、該スプール第2スロット及び該ケージ第2スロットの両方を流体が通過することを可能にするように整列される、
油圧式バルブ。 - 前記スプールに力を及ぼすように位置決めされたスプリングを更に含む、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記スプール第1スロット位置には複数のスロットが配置される、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記ケージ第1スロット位置には複数のスロットが配置される、請求項1に記載のバルブ。

- 前記孔は前記スロットの中心から偏倚される、請求項7に記載のバルブ。
- 前記スプールは緩衝オリフィスを含む、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記ケージは囲繞ケーシングの一部として形成される、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- スプール戻りポート箇所における少なくとも一個のスプール戻りポート孔と、スプール供給ポート箇所における少なくとも一個のスプール供給ポート孔とを含むスプールと、
前記スプールを囲繞するケージであって、ケージ戻りポート箇所における少なくとも一個のケージ戻りポート孔と、ケージ供給ポート箇所における少なくとも一個のケージ供給ポート孔とを含む、ケージと、
を含む油圧式バルブであって、
当該バルブがオフ位置に在るとき、前記少なくとも一個のスプール戻りポート孔及び前記少なくとも一個のケージ戻りポート孔は、それらを流体が通過することを可能にするように整列され、
当該バルブがオン位置に在るとき、前記少なくとも一個のスプール供給ポート孔及び前記少なくとも一個のケージ供給ポート孔は、それらを流体が通過することを可能にするように整列される、
油圧式バルブ。 - 前記スプールに力を及ぼすように位置決めされたスプリングを更に含む、請求項12に記載のバルブ。

- 前記ケージは、ケージ制御ポート箇所における少なくとも一個のケージ制御ポート孔を含む、請求項16に記載のバルブ。
- 前記少なくとも一個のスプール制御ポート孔及び前記少なくとも一個のケージ戻りポート孔は、流体がそれらを通過することを可能にするように整列される、請求項17に記載のバルブ。
- 前記ケージは囲繞ケーシングの一部として形成される、請求項12に記載のバルブ。
- 前記少なくとも一個のスプール戻りポート孔、前記少なくとも一個のスプール供給ポート孔、前記少なくとも一個のケージ戻りポート孔、及び前記少なくとも一個のケージ供給ポート孔の内の少なくとも一つは、複数の孔を含む、請求項12に記載のバルブ。
