Abstract
Description
本発明は人工の瘢痕化手段に関し、これを用いて、壊死組織を除去して損傷した又は火傷した領域を消毒した後に、この損傷した表面、創傷、火傷A−ABに物質(sustancia)を適用する。
この技術は、負傷した領域からの壊死組織の除去、及びそれに続く、発明の名称に記載した人工の被覆の適用からなる。この調剤薬により、負傷した表面に人工かさぶた(costra artisficia)が形成される。
1.ガーゼの使用に取って代わることであり、というのも、ガーゼは、損傷した領域にくっつき、ガーゼを取り外そうとした際に、肉芽領域に損傷を引き起こし、その結果、不完全な瘢痕化を引き起こすためである。
2.外部生物学的因子(agentes biologicos externos)に対する保護を提供することにより、潜在的な感染を回避すること。
3.機械的バリアの完全性が損なわれたことから生じる、体液及び体温の損失を回避すること。
本発明の目的は、人工かさぶたを用いて損傷部分を感染及び体液の損失から保護することであり、よって瘢痕化ははるかに速くなり、新たな組織は欠陥を有しない。
容器内での反応により形成されるこの水性チキソトロピー液は、以下の5つの物質の組み合わせ:アゾスルファミド1〜5% + ゲンチアナバイオレット0.004〜0.007% + デキサメタゾン0.001〜0.003% + パンテノール0.5〜2% + ゲンタマイシン0.03〜0.06%によって製造され、赤色を有する。ねじ蓋で閉鎖された褐色ガラス容器又は加圧プラスチック容器内に12〜15℃の周囲温度で保管されるこの調剤薬は、その元の性質を2年間維持する。

浸食された又は負傷した表面を保護するための、自己固定型の半透多孔性の人工のかさぶた。前記人工かさぶたはまた、保護性被覆の下での新たな組織の増殖を可能とする(図2参照)。
前記人工かさぶたは、組成物であり、前記組成物は、負傷部位に存在する酵素によって触媒される、適用部位における上述した化合物間の物理的反応によって生成されたウェブである、半透多孔性の人工かさぶたの生成を特徴とする。
前記人工かさぶたは、培養皮膚のように作用するが、化学的ポリマーであり、「化学的ウェブ」特性を有する半透多孔性の人工かさぶたは今のところ事実上存在していない。
前記人工のかさぶたはまた、分泌液、電界質血しょう、タンパク質の損失も防ぐ。
明細書中に記載した5つの物質は、前記5つの物質が損傷部分(A−AB型火傷又は創傷)に適用され、損傷した組織の触媒作用によって物理化学的に反応し、その結果感染並びに血しょう及びタンパク質の損失を防ぐ保護層を生成することを特徴とする。
前記新たな組織は、前記層によってもたらされる保護により、元の構造を失わない。
Claims (1)
- 本発明の範囲、及び負傷した組織(図1)に本発明を適用する方法について説明及び特定し、独占的な権利及び所有物として請求するための宣誓を行う。
浸食された又は負傷した表面を保護するための、自己固定型の半透多孔性の人工のかさぶた。前記人工かさぶたはまた、保護性被覆の下での新たな組織の増殖を可能とする(図2参照)。
前記人工かさぶたは、組成物であり、前記組成物は、負傷部位に存在する酵素によって触媒される、適用部位における上述した化合物間の物理的反応によって生成されたウェブである、半透多孔性の人工かさぶたの生成を特徴とする。
前記人工かさぶたは、培養皮膚のように作用するが、化学的ポリマーであり、「化学的ウェブ」特性を有する半透多孔性の人工かさぶたは今のところ事実上存在していない。
前記人工のかさぶたはまた、分泌液、電界質血しょう、タンパク質の損失も防ぐ。
