Abstract
Description
試験方法は、以下を含む。
20gの金属加工流体濃縮物(注:比較例または本発明の実施例)を、1250ml容量のフードブレンダー内で180gの脱イオン水に添加した。周囲温度で、2000rpmの回転速度で10分間溶液を撹拌し、泡を生成した。溶液を速やかに500ml目盛付きシリンダーに移し、泡の挙動を監視した。泡が崩壊するにつれて、透明液相が目盛付きシリンダーの底部に観察された。20mlの透明液体が観察される時間を記録した。より短い時間は、より速い泡崩壊およびより良好な消泡特性を示す。
Claims (12)
- 水溶性ポリアルキレングリコール、メトキシポリエチレングリコール、およびそれらの2種以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、60から90重量パーセントの基油と、
5から20重量パーセントのグリコールエーテルと、
0.01から5重量パーセントの油溶性ポリアルキレングリコールと、
溶着防止剤、防食剤、極圧添加剤、緩衝剤、殺生物剤、潤滑添加剤、およびそれらの2種以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、0.2から6重量パーセントの1種以上の添加剤とを含む、濃縮金属加工流体。 - 前記基油は、エチレンオキシドおよびプロピレンオキシドから得られる単位を含むブタノール開始コポリマーからなる群から選択される、少なくとも1種の水溶性ポリアルキレングリコールを含む、請求項1に記載の濃縮金属加工流体。
- 前記油溶性ポリアルキレングリコールは、プロピレンオキシドおよびブチレンオキシドから得られる単位を含むドデカノール開始コポリマー、ジオール開始ブチレンオキシドホモポリマー、ならびにそれらの2種以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の濃縮金属加工流体。
- 前記油溶性ポリアルキレングリコールは、0.01から2.5重量パーセントの量で存在する、請求項1に記載の濃縮金属加工流体。
- 前記油溶性ポリアルキレングリコールは、プロピレンオキシドおよびブチレンオキシドから得られる単位を含み、40℃で18から46cStの動粘度を有するドデカノール開始コポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の濃縮金属加工流体。
- 前記油溶性ポリアルキレングリコールは、40℃で70から700cStの動粘度を有するジオール開始ブチレンオキシドホモポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の濃縮金属加工流体。
- 前記グリコールエーテルは、少なくとも200℃の自己発火温度を有する、請求項1に記載の濃縮金属加工流体。
- 前記グリコールエーテルは、少なくとも4重量パーセントの水に対する溶解度を有する、請求項1に記載の濃縮金属加工流体。
- 前記基油は、65から85重量パーセントの量で存在し、前記グリコールエーテルは、10から15重量パーセントの量で存在し、前記油溶性ポリアルキレングリコールは、0.01から2.5重量パーセントの量で存在する、請求項1に記載の濃縮金属加工流体。
- 金属片を提供することと、
前記金属片を、仕上げ加工、工作機械加工、切断、研削、研磨、整形、成形または屈曲プロセスに供することと、
前記金属片の少なくとも一部に金属加工流体を塗布することとを含む、金属加工プロセスであって、前記金属加工流体は、75から99重量パーセントの水と、25から1重量パーセントの金属加工流体濃縮物とを含み、前記金属加工流体濃縮物は、水溶性ポリアルキレングリコール、メトキシポリエチレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、およびそれらの2種以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、60から90重量パーセントの基油と、5から20重量パーセントのグリコールエーテルと、0.01から5重量パーセントの油溶性ポリアルキレングリコールと、溶着防止剤、防食剤、極圧添加剤、緩衝剤、殺生物剤、潤滑添加剤、およびそれらの2種以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、0から6重量パーセントの1種以上の添加剤とを含む、金属加工プロセス。 - 前記油溶性ポリアルキレングリコールは、プロピレンオキシドおよびブチレンオキシドから得られる単位を含むドデカノール開始コポリマー、ジオール開始ブチレンオキシドホモポリマー、ならびにそれらの2種以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項10に記載の金属加工プロセス。
- 前記油溶性ポリアルキレングリコールは、前記金属加工流体中に200から2000ppmの量で存在する、請求項10に記載の金属加工プロセス。
