Abstract
Description
変形形態は小さい直径を備えたドリル工具にとって特に利点となり、横方向スリットが占める周方向の比率が大きい。

Claims (23)
- 回転軸線(22)回りの回転方向(21)に回転可能なドリル工具(10;70)であって、
環状部(13)を含み、該環状部(13)の第1端に1つ以上の切断要素(14)が連結され、且つ、前記環状部(13)の第2端に第1挿入要素(15)を有する、切断部(11;71)と、
円筒状のドリル軸(16)を含み、該ドリル軸(16)が前記切断部(11)に面した側に第2挿入要素(17)を有する、ドリル軸部(12;72)と
を備え、
前記挿入要素(15,17)が前記回転軸線(22)と平行な挿入方向にプラグ連結を形成するとともに、少なくとも1つのスリット形状の隙間(26)内に移動可能な少なくとも1つのピン要素(25)を介して連結可能である、ドリル工具において、
前記スリット形状の隙間(26)は、接続スリット(44)と、留め領域(47)及びロック領域(48)を有した横方向スリット(43)とを含み、
前記留め領域(47)が前記回転方向に向いた前記接続スリット(44)の側にて前記接続スリット(44)に接続され、
前記ロック領域(48)が前記回転方向(21)とは離れる前記接続スリット(44)の側にて前記接続スリット(44)に接続されている、ことを特徴とするドリル工具。 - 前記回転軸線(22)に平行な方向に沿う前記接続スリット(44)の高さは、少なくとも10mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドリル工具。
- 前記回転軸線(22)に平行な方向に沿う前記接続スリット(44)の高さは13mmを超えない、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のドリル工具。
- 前記横方向スリット(43)は、前記回転軸線(22)に平行な方向に沿う前記環状部(13)からの下側距離(A1,u)を有し、且つ、該下側距離(A1,u)が少なくとも3mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドリル工具。
- 前記環状部(13)からの前記横方向スリット(43)の前記下側距離(A1,u)は、5mmを超えない、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のドリル工具。
- 前記ピン要素(25)は前記回転軸線(22)に直交する方向に沿うピン高さ(Hz)を有し、該ピン高さ(Hz)が前記ドリル軸(16)の軸幅(b)の68%〜89%である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドリル工具。
- 前記ピン要素(25)はピン半径(Rz)を有した円筒状をなし、前記ピン半径(Rz)が2.5〜5mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のドリル工具。
- 前記留め領域(47)の幅(B1)は、前記ピン半径(Rz)に1.5mmを加えた値よりも狭くない、ことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のドリル工具。
- 前記留め領域(47)の幅(B1)は、前記ピン半径(Rz)に3mmを加えた値を超えない、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のドリル工具。
- 前記留め領域(47)の幅(B1)は、前記ロック領域(48)の幅(B2)よりも広い、ことを特徴する請求項7〜9の何れかに記載のドリル工具。
- 前記留め領域(47)の幅(B1)と前記ロック領域(48)の幅(B2)とは一致する、請求項7〜9の何れかに記載のドリル工具。
- 前記第1挿入要素は、制限止め肩(59)を有した外側挿入要素(15)として具体化され、前記第2挿入要素は端面(33)を有する内側挿入要素(17)として具体化されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドリル工具。
- 少なくとも1つのピン要素(25)は前記内側挿入要素(17)の外面(27)に取り付けられ、前記外側挿入要素(15)は少なくとも1つのスリット状の隙間(26)を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のドリル工具。
- 前記内側挿入要素(17)の長さ(l2)は、前記外側挿入要素(15)の長さ(l1)よりも長い、ことを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載のドリル工具。
- 前記外側挿入要素(15)の長さ(l1)は少なくとも18mmである、請求項14に記載のドリル工具。
- 前記外側挿入要素(15)の長さ(l1)は28mmを超えない、請求項15に記載のドリル工具。
- 前記外側及び内側挿入要素(15,17)は環状をなし、前記外側挿入要素(15)の内径(d1,i)と前記内側挿入要素(17)の外径(d2,a)との間の差(δradial)は、0.11mmよりも大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドリル工具。
- 前記内側挿入要素(17)の外面(27)には3つ以上のピン要素(25)が取り付けられ、前記外側挿入要素(15)は3つ以上のスリット形状の隙間(26)を含み、前記隙間(26)の個数は前記ピン要素(25)の個数よりも多いか又は等しい、ことを特徴とする請求項17に記載のドリル工具。
- 前記環状部(13)はガイド部(54)を含み、該ガイド部(54)が前記長手軸線(22)に平行な切断要素(14)の外縁(41)、内縁(42)又はこれら外縁及び内縁に対して面一である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドリル工具。
- 前記回転軸線(22)に平行な方向に沿う前記ガイド部の長さ(m)は4mmよりも短い、ことを特徴とする請求項19に記載のドリル工具。
- 前記内側挿入要素(17)の外面には突出部(76)が配置され、前記外側挿入要素(15)は溝(75)を含み、前記突出部(76)及び前記溝(75)は前記外側及び内側挿入要素の連結状態にて軸線方向に直截な連結を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドリル工具。
- 前記突出部(76)は、軸線方向でみて前記ピン要素(25)と前記ドリル軸(16)との間に配置され、前記溝(75)は軸線方向でみて前記スリット形状の隙間(26)のレベルに配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項21に記載のドリル工具。
- 前記溝(75)は環状をなし、前記回転軸線(22)と直交する面に配置されている、とを特徴とする請求項22に記載のドリル工具。
