Abstract
Description
− 過酸化物及びアミン、
− Tempol及びラジカル重合化合物、
− アミン及びエポキシ化合物、並びに
− ラジカル重合化合物及びアミン。
これまでに公開されていない欧州特許出願第10153243号明細書の実施例1に基づく第1のハイブリッド接着剤の組成は、以下の通りである。
欧州特許出願第1010153243号明細書に基づく開始配合物
b) BDDMA=ブタンジオール-1,4-ジメタクリレート
c) GlyMA=グリシジルメタクリレート
d) Dytek(登録商標)A=2-メチルペンタメチレンジアミン(Invista)
e) Triginox(登録商標)C=tert-ブチルペルオキシベンゾエート(AkzoNobel)
実施例1の組成は、開始配合物に対応するが、但しDytek(登録商標)Aの代わりに密度が1g/L及びHAVが45g/valのアミン硬化剤を用い、並びにビニルエステル:エポキシの比が約1:1になるようにエポキシ:アミン比を低く抑えた(エポキシ樹脂を20%低く抑えた)点が異なる。
実施例1の組成は、開始配合物に対応するが、但しDytek(登録商標)の代わりに密度が1g/L及びHAVが90g/valのアミン樹脂を用い、ビニルエステル:エポキシの比が約1:1となるようにエポキシ:アミン比を低く抑え(エポキシ樹脂を20%低く抑えた)、及びアミンが不足(15%)する代わりに若干過剰(20%)となるようにアミン部分を20%高めた点が異なる。
実施例1の組成は、開始配合物に対応するが、但しDytek(登録商標)の代わりに密度が1g/L及びHAVが110g/valのアミン樹脂を用い、ビニルエステル:エポキシの比が約1:1となるようにエポキシ:アミン比を低く抑え(エポキシ樹脂を20%低く抑えた)、及びアミンが不足(15%)する代わりに若干過剰(20%)となるようにアミン部分を20%高めた点が異なる。
Claims (12)
- (a)少なくとも1つのラジカル重合性化合物、
(b)重付加により重合可能な少なくとも1つの化合物、
(c)少なくとも1つの促進剤、
(d)必要であれば、少なくとも1つの阻害剤、及び
(e)必要であれば、1つがラジカル的に、及び他方が重付加により(共)重合可能な2つの官能基を有する少なくとも1つの化合物
を含む(I)樹脂成分と、
(A)前記重付加のための少なくとも1つの硬化剤、及び
(B)少なくとも1つのラジカル開始剤
を含む(II)硬化成分と、
を含む多成分型接着剤のための包装であって、
前記多成分型接着剤の少なくとも3つの個々の成分を含有する第1のセクションA1と、
前記多成分型接着剤の少なくとも2つの個々の成分を含有する、前記第1のセクションA1とは分離した状態で位置する第2のセクションA2と
を備え、
前記個々の成分が完全に混合された後に限り前記接着剤の硬化が生じ、前記個々の成分の間の反応が防止されるように、前記多成分型接着剤の前記個々の成分が前記2つのセクションA1及びA2に分割されている包装。 - 前記第1のセクションA1が、
(a)少なくとも1つのラジカル重合性化合物、
(c)少なくとも1つの促進剤、
(A)前記重付加のための少なくとも1つの硬化剤、
(d)必要であれば、少なくとも1つの阻害剤、及び
(e)必要であれば、1つがラジカル的に、及び他方が重付加により(共)重合可能な2つの官能基を有する少なくとも1つの化合物
を含有し、
前記第2のセクションA2が、
(b)重付加により重合可能な少なくとも1つの化合物、及び
(B)少なくとも1つのラジカル開始剤
を含有する、請求項1に記載の包装。 - 多成分型モルタル系の前記少なくとも3つの個々の成分が、前記第1のセクションA1の分離したチャンバーK1及びK2内に収容されている、請求項1又は2に記載の包装。
- 第1のチャンバーK1が、
(a)少なくとも1つのラジカル重合性化合物、
(d)必要であれば、少なくとも1つの阻害剤、及び
(e)必要であれば、1つがラジカル的に、及び他方が重付加により(共)重合可能な2つの官能基を有する少なくとも1つの化合物
を含有し、
第2のチャンバーK2が、
(A)前記重付加のための前記硬化剤、及び
(c)少なくとも1つの促進剤
を含有する、請求項3に記載の包装。 - 前記第1のセクションの前記第1のチャンバーK1が、前記ラジカル重合性化合物のための少なくとも1つのより反応性のシンナーをさらに含有する、請求項4に記載の包装。
- 前記第1のセクションA1の前記第2のセクションA2に対する混合比A1:A2が、1:1〜10:1である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の包装。
- 前記混合比A1:A2が、3:1又は5:1である、請求項6に記載の包装。
- 前記第1のチャンバーK1の前記第2のチャンバーK2に対する前記混合比が、4:1〜1:4である、請求項3から7のいずれか1項に記載の包装。
- 前記第1のチャンバーK1の前記第2のチャンバーK2に対する前記混合比が、4:1〜1:1である、請求項8に記載の包装。
- 重付加により重合可能な前記少なくとも1つの化合物(b)が、エポキシ化合物であり、
前記重付加のための前記少なくとも1つの硬化剤(A)が、アミンであり、
必要であれば、2つの官能基を有する前記化合物(e)が、1つがラジカル的に(共)重合可能であり、他方がエポキシ基である2つの官能基を有する化合物である、
請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の包装。 - パックが、第1のフィルムバッグFb1と第2のフィルムバッグFb2とを備えるフィルム包装されたパックである、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の包装。
- フィルムバッグの1つの端部にそれぞれ対応する、少なくとも2つの装着セクションを備えるヘッド部分が、前記フィルム包装されたパックにさらに設けられている、請求項11に記載の包装。
