Abstract
Description
本発明の第1態様に係る樹脂複合材料の硬化装置は、レーザー光を透過させる材質で形成され、未硬化の樹脂複合材料の表面に圧接されて該樹脂複合材料を加圧する加圧体と、前記加圧体を通して未硬化の前記樹脂複合材料に前記レーザー光を照射するレーザー光供給部と、を具備してなることを特徴とする。
図1(A)〜(D)は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る硬化装置1と硬化方法とを示す縦断面図である。
図3(A)〜(D)は、本発明の第2実施形態に係る硬化装置11と硬化方法とを示す縦断面図である。
図4(A)〜(D)は、本発明の第3実施形態に係る硬化装置21と硬化方法とを示す縦断面図である。
その他の点については第2実施形態における硬化装置11と同様であるため、各部に同一符号を付して説明を省略する。
図5(A)〜(D)は、本発明の第4実施形態に係る硬化装置31と硬化方法とを示す縦断面図である。
例えば、加圧体4の全体形状や、加圧面4aの形状等は、上記各実施形態のものに限定されない。また、プリプレグ2の形状等についても、他の形状例が考えられる。

Claims (12)
- レーザー光を透過させる材質で形成され、未硬化の樹脂複合材料の表面に圧接されて該樹脂複合材料を加圧する加圧体と、
前記加圧体を通して未硬化の前記樹脂複合材料に前記レーザー光を照射するレーザー光供給部と、
を具備することを特徴とする樹脂複合材料の硬化装置。 - 前記加圧体の材質は石英ガラスである請求項1に記載の樹脂複合材料の硬化装置。
- 前記レーザー光供給部から供給される前記レーザー光の照射位置を前記加圧体による加圧範囲の中で移動させる照射位置調整部をさらに備えた請求項1または2に記載の樹脂複合材料の硬化装置。
- 前記レーザー光供給部は、光ファイバーによって前記樹脂複合材料に前記レーザー光を供給する請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の樹脂複合材料の硬化装置。
- 前記レーザー光供給部は、複数の光ファイバーによって前記樹脂複合材料に前記レーザー光を供給し、
前記照射位置調整部は、複数の前記光ファイバーのうちのいずれかを選択して前記レーザー光を供給可能である請求項4に記載の樹脂複合材料の硬化装置。 - 前記光ファイバーは、前記加圧体に形成されたファイバー挿入孔に挿入され、前記ファイバー挿入孔は、前記加圧体の加圧面よりも手前で閉塞している請求項4または5に記載の樹脂複合材料の硬化装置。
- 前記加圧体は、複数の加圧子が隣接して構成されており、
前記複数の加圧子は互いに独立的に前記樹脂複合材料の表面に圧接・離脱可能であり、
各々の前記加圧子にそれぞれ独立的に前記レーザー光供給部から前記レーザー光が供給される請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の樹脂複合材料の硬化装置。 - 前記加圧体の加圧面は、前記樹脂複合材料の表面に圧接されながら該表面上を転動可能な形状であり、
前記加圧面における前記樹脂複合材料の表面に圧接されている範囲に前記レーザー光供給部から前記レーザー光を照射する請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の樹脂複合材料の硬化装置。 - レーザー光を透過する材質で形成された加圧体を未硬化の樹脂複合材料の表面に圧接して該表面を加圧する加圧ステップと、
前記加圧体を通して未硬化の前記樹脂複合材料に前記レーザー光を照射するレーザー光照射ステップと、
を具備することを特徴とする樹脂複合材料の硬化方法。 - 前記レーザー光照射ステップでは、前記レーザー光の照射位置を、前記加圧体による加圧範囲の一点から、その周辺部に向かって拡張させる請求項9に記載の樹脂複合材料の硬化方法。
- 前記加圧ステップでは、前記加圧体による加圧範囲の一点から、その周辺部に向かって順に加圧していく請求項9または10に記載の樹脂複合材料の硬化方法。
- 請求項9から11のいずれかに記載の樹脂複合材料の硬化方法によって製造されたことを特徴とする樹脂成形品。
