Claims (8)
- 隔離された空間内に流体を導入するための閉塞灌流カテーテルであって、
遠位末端および近位末端を有するカテーテルシャフトと、
前記カテーテルシャフトの遠位末端側に間隔をおいて設けられた、前記空間を隔離するための少なくとも2つの閉塞バルーンと、
前記閉塞バルーンの間に位置する前記カテーテルシャフトの外壁に設けられた薬剤送達スカイブポートと、
前記閉塞バルーンの間に位置する前記カテーテルシャフトの外壁における、前記薬剤送達スカイブポートから離れた位置に設けられた吸引スカイブポートと、
前記薬剤送達スカイブポートおよび前記吸引スカイブポートの間に設けられた空間占有バルーンと、
前記カテーテルシャフト内に設けられ、前記近位末端から前記薬剤送達スカイブポートに連絡する薬剤送達ルーメンと、
前記カテーテルシャフト内に設けられ、前記近位末端から前記吸引スカイブポートに連絡する吸引ルーメンと、
前記カテーテルシャフト内に設けられ、前記近位末端から前記空間占有バルーンに連絡する空間占有バルーン膨張ルーメンと、
前記カテーテルシャフトの遠位末端側に設けられた、少なくとも一つの放射線不透過性マーカと、を含み、
膨張された前記空間占有バルーンが、前記空間を形成する壁と接触せず、これにより、前記薬剤送達スカイブポートおよび前記吸引スカイブポートの間の流体連絡が維持される、閉塞灌流カテーテル。 - 前記少なくとも一つの放射線不透過性マーカが、近位に位置する第一の放射線不透過性マーカバンドと、遠位に位置する第二の放射線不透過性マーカバンドと、を含む、請求項1に記載の閉塞灌流カテーテル。
- 前記第一の放射線不透過性マーカバンドが前記空間占有バルーンの近位の肩部に位置し、前記第二の放射線不透過性マーカバンドが前記空間占有バルーンの遠位の肩部に位置する、請求項2に記載の閉塞灌流カテーテル。
- 前記第一の放射線不透過性マーカバンドが近位の前記閉塞バルーン上またはその付近に位置し、前記第二の放射線不透過性マーカバンドが遠位の前記閉塞バルーン上またはその付近に位置する、請求項2に記載の閉塞灌流カテーテル。
- 前記第一の放射線不透過性マーカバンドが前記吸引スカイブポートの付近の前記カテーテルシャフト上に位置し、前記第二の放射線不透過性マーカバンドが前記薬剤送達スカイブポートの付近の前記カテーテルシャフト上に位置する、請求項2に記載の閉塞灌流カテーテル。
- 前記第一及び/又は第二の放射線不透過性マーカバンドが、前記カテーテルシャフトの遠位末端の回転位置を示すための回転特異性を有する、請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の閉塞灌流カテーテル。
- 前記カテーテルシャフトの直径が約3〜8Frである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の閉塞灌流カテーテル。
- 前記閉塞バルーンの膨張時の直径が約2〜10mmである、請求項7に記載の閉塞灌流カテーテル。
