Abstract
Description
− 機関の回転速度に関する所望の値、又は、機関のトルクの所望の値を特定するステップと、
− 大型ディーゼル機関のワーク・サイクル毎に燃料として利用することができるガスの量に関する上側の閾値を決定するステップと、
− ガスに加えて燃焼空間に導入される液体燃料の追加量を決定するステップであって、回転速度に関する所望の値が実現されるように、追加量が測られる、ステップと
を含む、方法が提案される。
Claims (15)
- ガスが燃料としてシリンダ内に導入される、少なくとも1つのガス・モードで運転することができる大型ディーゼル機関を運転する方法であって、前記ガス・モードで運転している間(10)、負荷の強力な変化の状態が検出され(13)、次いで、過渡モードで前記大型ディーゼル機関が運転され、前記過渡モードは、
− 前記機関の回転速度に関する所望の値、又は、前記機関のトルクの所望の値を特定するステップと、
− 前記大型ディーゼル機関のワーク・サイクル毎に燃料として利用することができるガスの量に関する上側の閾値を決定するステップ(14)と、
− 前記ガスに加えて燃焼空間に導入される液体燃料の追加量を決定するステップ(14)であって、前記回転速度に関する前記所望の値が実現されるように、前記追加量が測られる、ステップ(14)と
を含む、方法。 - 前記大型ディーゼル機関が、ガスの燃焼のため、及び液体燃料、とりわけディーゼル又は重燃料油の燃焼のための二元燃料機関として構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ガスの量に関する前記上側の閾値を決定する(14)ために、現在利用可能な掃気空気のそれぞれの圧力が引き出される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記過渡モードが手動で開始される、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記過渡モードが、前記掃気空気の実際の圧力、シリンダ圧力、計算された空気−ガス比、ノッキング検出器の信号、前記機関の負荷に対する回転速度の比率、前記機関の負荷に対する回転速度の前記比率の変化、前記機関のトルク、前記トルクの変化、注入のために必要な前記燃料の量、及び、前記注入のために必要な燃料の前記量の変化のうちの少なくとも1つのパラメータに応じて開始される、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記液体燃料の前記追加量が、前記大型ディーゼル機関の液体モードで使用される注入装置によって、前記燃焼空間に導入される、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記液体燃料の前記追加量が、前記ガスを点火するために前記ガス・モードで使用されるパイロット注入装置によって、前記燃焼空間に導入される、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記液体燃料の前記追加量が、前記過渡モードのために提供される個別の注入装置によって、前記燃焼空間に導入される、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記シリンダ内への前記ガスの供給が、シリンダ・ライナを介して生じる、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記シリンダ内への前記ガスの供給が、シリンダ・ヘッドで生じる、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記掃気空気が前記シリンダ内に導入される前、又は前記掃気空気が前記シリンダ内に導入される際に、前記ガスが前記掃気空気として供給される、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのガス・モードで運転することができ(10)、また、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項による方法に従って運転される大型ディーゼル機関。
- ガスの燃焼のため、及び液体燃料、とりわけディーゼル又は重燃料油の燃焼のための二元燃料機関として構成される、請求項12に記載の大型ディーゼル機関。
- 前記過渡モードを開始し、且つ、実施するための制御装置(14)を有する機関制御が提供される、請求項12又は13の一項に記載の大型ディーゼル機関。
- 大型ディーゼル機関、とりわけ二元燃料機関をレトロフィットするための、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項による方法の使用。
