Description
Claims (9)
- 水性インクジェットプリンタであって、
水性インク滴を吐出するように構成された複数の印刷ヘッドと、
前記印刷ヘッドの温度よりも高い温度を有する受像面上にインク像を形成するように前記印刷ヘッドが水性インク滴を受像面に吐出するのを可能とするためにプロセス方向において前記複数の印刷ヘッドを通過する受像面と、
少なくとも1つのエアムーバと、
少なくとも1つの空気誘導部材が前記プロセス方向において互いに隣接する印刷ヘッドの異なる対の間に配置され、各空気誘導部材が前記プロセス方向において互いに隣接する印刷ヘッドの各対の間の領域内の空気及び蒸気を除去するために前記少なくとも1つのエアムーバが前記プロセス方向において互いに隣接する印刷ヘッド間の各領域において前記受像面にわたって空気を移動させるのを可能とするために前記少なくとも1つのエアムーバに空気圧で接続されている複数の空気誘導部材とを備える、水性インクジェットプリンタ。 - 前記受像面が前記複数の印刷ヘッドを越えて前記プロセス方向に回転する中間画像形成部材である、請求項1に記載の水性インクジェットプリンタ。
- 前記受像面が前記プロセス方向において前記複数の印刷ヘッドを越えて移動する媒体の連続ウェブである、請求項1に記載の水性インクジェットプリンタ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのエアムーバが、さらに、
正の空気圧源を備える、請求項1に記載の水性インクジェットプリンタ。 - 前記少なくとも1つのエアムーバが、前記空気誘導部材の各対における他の空気誘導部材の一端に空気圧で接続される、請求項4に記載の水性インクジェットプリンタ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのエアムーバが、さらに、
正の空気圧源を備える、請求項5に記載の水性インクジェットプリンタ。 - 各空気誘導部材が第1の端部及び第2の端部を有し、前記少なくとも1つのエアムーバが、さらに、
各空気誘導部材の前記第1の端部に空気圧で接続された第1のエアムーバと、
各空気誘導部材の前記第2の端部に空気圧で接続された第2のエアムーバとを備える、請求項1に記載の水性インクジェットプリンタ。 - 前記第1のエアムーバが正の空気圧源であり、前記第2のエアムーバが負の空気圧源である、請求項7に記載の水性インクジェットプリンタ。
- 各空気誘導部材が、さらに、
前記受像面にわたってクロスプロセス方向に配向した開放側部材を備える、請求項1に記載の水性インクジェットプリンタ。
