Claims (5)
- 造形対象物を平行な複数の面で切断した各断面に対応する層体を、造形材料を吐出することによって形成し、前記層体を順次積層していくことで三次元造形物を造形する三次元造形物の製造方法であって、
前記造形材料として、ノズルから吐出された後に所定の条件に応じて固まる、白色材料と、白色以外の1または2以上の加飾用材料とを用い、
前記加飾用材料と前記白色材料とを混在させて前記層体を形成することを特徴とする三次元造形物の製造方法。 - 前記加飾用材料と前記白色材料とで形成される領域の周囲の領域を、前記加飾用材料とクリア材とを混在させて形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の三次元造形物の製造方法。
- 前記白色材料と、前記1または2以上の加飾用材料とを混在させた前記層体を複数重ねた複数層で構成される加飾層を形成し、
前記加飾層を構成する前記複数層において、少なくとも、隣接する2層の前記層体の間で、同一色の前記加飾用材料のドット位置が重ならないようにすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の三次元造形物の製造方法。 - 前記造形材料は、紫外線硬化型インクであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の三次元造形物の製造方法。
- 造形対象物を平行な複数の面で切断した各断面に対応する層体を、造形材料を吐出することによって形成し、前記層体を順次積層していくことで三次元造形物を造形する造形装置であって、
前記造形材料として、ノズルから吐出された後に所定の条件に応じて固まる、白色材料と、白色以外の1または2以上の加飾用材料とを用い、
前記加飾用材料と前記白色材料とを混在させて前記層体を形成することを特徴とする造形装置。
