Claims (6)
- 処理対象物の表面に発生した錆を除去する除錆機能と、錆の除去後のさらなる錆の発生を防ぐ防錆機能とを兼ね備える除錆防錆剤であって、
成膜成分と除錆防錆添加剤とからなり、
処理対象物の表面に塗布されることで、成膜成分由来の膜体が処理対象物の表面に形成されるとともに、該膜体内に除錆防錆添加剤が保持された状態で処理対象物に対して除錆防錆添加剤に由来する除錆防錆作用が発揮され、
塗装処理に先立って成膜成分由来の膜体を処理対象物の表面から引き剥がすことで、処理対象物の表面に発生した錆を膜体内に保持したまま、該錆を処理対象物から分離することができるようになっていることを特徴とする除錆防錆剤。 - 処理対象物の表面に塗布された際に、除錆防錆添加剤に由来する防錆被膜を処理対象物の表面に形成する、請求項1記載の除錆防錆剤。
- 成膜成分が酢酸ビニル樹脂系エマルジョンであり、
除錆防錆添加剤が、少なくともカルボン酸、タンニン酸、リン酸を含む、請求項1又は2記載の除錆防錆剤。 - 処理対象物に対する塗装処理に先立って行われる除錆防錆方法であって、
成膜成分と除錆防錆添加剤とからなる除錆防錆剤を、処理対象物の表面に塗布する塗布工程と、
成膜成分を固化させることで処理対象物の表面に膜体を形成させる成膜工程と、
所定時間、処理対象物の表面に膜体が形成された状態を維持し、該膜体を硬化させる養生工程と、
硬化した膜体を処理対象物から引き剥がす剥離工程と、
を含み、
養生工程において、膜体内に除錆防錆添加剤が保持された状態で、該除錆防錆添加剤に由来する処理対象物に対する除錆防錆作用が発揮され、
剥離工程において、処理対象物の表面に発生した錆を膜体内に保持したまま、該錆を処理対象物から分離することができるようになっていることを特徴とする除錆防錆方法。 - 養生工程において、除錆防錆添加剤に由来する防錆被膜が処理対象物の表面に形成される、請求項4記載の除錆防錆方法。
- 成膜成分が酢酸ビニル樹脂系エマルジョンであり、
除錆防錆添加剤が、少なくともカルボン酸、タンニン酸、リン酸を含む、請求項4又は5記載の除錆防錆方法。
