Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の実施例は、センシングの効率および構造的な信頼性を強化できるモータの構造に関するもので、特に回転軸と前記回転軸に貫通する構造で圧入されるセンシングプレート、そして前記センシングプレート上に配置されるセンシングマグネットおよび前記回転軸の中心に結合部材で結合され、前記センシングマグネットの露出面を覆う構造で配置される固定プレートを含むモータ用センシングユニットおよびこれを含むモータを提供することができるようにする。

Claims (9)
- 回転軸;
前記回転軸に貫通する構造で圧入されるセンシングプレート;
前記センシングプレート上に配置されるセンシングマグネット;および
前記回転軸の中心に結合部材で結合され、前記センシングマグネットの露出面を覆う構造で配置される固定プレート;
を含む、モータ用センシングユニット。 - 前記固定プレートは、
前記結合部材を基準として前記センシングマグネット外周面以上の幅を有する、請求項1に記載のモータ用センシングユニット。 - 前記固定プレートは、
前記センシングプレートおよび前記センシングマグネットの側面部に密着する側面突起部;
をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のモータ用センシングユニット。 - 前記側面突起部の末端が前記センシングプレートを支持するように折り曲げられる折り曲げ部が設けられる、請求項3に記載のモータ用センシングユニット。
- 前記固定プレートは非磁性体で構成される、請求項2に記載のモータ用センシングユニット。
- 前記固定プレートの水平断面の形状が前記センシングマグネットの外周面がなす形状と同じである、請求項5に記載のモータ用センシングユニット。
- モータハウジング;
前記モータハウジングの中心を貫通する回転軸と前記回転軸に固定されるロータ;
前記ハウジングの内周面に固定され、電源の印加によって前記ロータと相互作用して回転軸を回転させるステータ;
前記回転軸に圧入されて前記ロータの位置角を感知するセンシングユニット;を含み、
前記センシングユニットは、
前記回転軸に貫通する構造で圧入されるセンシングプレートと、
前記センシングプレート上に配置されるセンシングマグネットおよび前記回転軸の中心に結合部材で結合され、前記センシングマグネットの露出面を覆う構造で配置される固定プレート;
を含む、モータ。 - 前記固定プレートは、
前記センシングプレートおよび前記センシングマグネットの側面部に密着する側面突起部;
をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のモータ。 - 前記側面突起部の末端が前記センシングプレートを支持するように折り曲げられる折り曲げ部が設けられる、請求項8に記載のモータ。
