Abstract
【解決手段】 粒子表面に絶縁被膜を有する軟磁性金属粒子粉末であって、該絶縁被膜が少なくとも無機微粒子粉末からなる第1絶縁層と、該第1絶縁層を被覆する無機化合物およびシリコーン樹脂からなる第2絶縁層とからなることにより、耐熱性に優れており、これを用いて得られた圧粉磁心は成型体密度が低下しにくいという、相反する特性を同時に満足することができる。

Description
本発明における最も重要な点は、軟磁性金属粒子粉末の粒子表面に、無機微粒子粉末からなる第1絶縁層と、該第1絶縁層を被覆する無機化合物およびシリコーン樹脂からなる第2絶縁層の順に形成された絶縁被膜を有する軟磁性粒子粉末は、耐熱性に優れており、これを用いて得られた圧粉磁心は成型体密度が低下しにくいという、相反する特性を同時に満足することができるという事実である。
また、無機化合物とシリコーン樹脂を同時に処理することにより、シリコーン樹脂がより三次元的網状構造を形成し易くなったものと推定している。
耐熱性(%)=(ρ2/ρ1)×100
無機微粒子1(種類:SiO2、粒子形状:球状、平均粒子径:15nm)2kgと表面改質剤としてメチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン(商品名:TSF484、モメンティブ・パフォーマンス・マテリアルズ・ジャパン製)240gをミックスマラー「MSH0LH」(製品名、新東工業株式会社製)に投入し、30分間混合攪拌を行い、表面改質剤であらかじめ分散・被覆された無機微粒子粉末4を得た。
前記軟磁性粒子粉末6.0gを秤量し、ステアリン酸亜鉛を塗布した金型を用い、成形圧力1960MPaで短冊状(幅26mm×奥行5mm)に圧縮成形し、圧粉磁心を得た。
被処理粒子粉末として表1に示す特性を有する軟磁性金属粒子粉末を用意した。
第1絶縁層を形成する無機微粒子粉末として表2に示す無機微粒子粉末を用意した。
表面改質剤の種類および添加量、無機微粒子粉末の種類を種々変化させた以外は、前記実施例1−1と同様にして表面改質剤被覆無機微粒子を得た。
軟磁性金属粒子粉末の種類、第1絶縁層を形成するための無機微粒子粉末の種類および添加量、並びに第2絶縁層を形成するためのシリコーン樹脂の種類および添加量、ならびに無機化合物の種類および添加量を種々変化させた以外は実施例1−1と同様にして軟磁性粒子粉末を得た。
軟磁性粒子粉末の種類を種々変化させた以外は、前記実施例2−1と同様にして圧粉磁心を得た。
Claims (6)
- 粒子表面に絶縁被膜を有する軟磁性金属粒子粉末であって、該絶縁被膜が、無機微粒子粉末からなる第1絶縁層と、該第1絶縁層を被覆する無機化合物およびシリコーン樹脂からなる第2絶縁層とからなることを特徴とする軟磁性粒子粉末。
- 無機微粒子粉末が表面改質剤によってあらかじめ分散・被覆されたものである請求項1に記載の軟磁性粒子粉末。
- 無機微粒子粉末が、アルミニウム、ケイ素、ジルコニウム、チタニウム、カルシウム、セリウム及びマグネシウムから選ばれる元素を含有する1種又は2種以上の化合物からなる請求項1または2に記載の軟磁性粒子粉末。
- 無機化合物が、リン、アルミニウム、ジルコニウム、チタニウム、ケイ素、カルシウム、マグネシウム、鉄及びイットリウムから選ばれる元素を含有する1種又は2種以上の化合物からなる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の軟磁性粒子粉末。
- シリコーン樹脂の被覆量が軟磁性粒子粉末に対して0.1〜10.0重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の軟磁性粒子粉末。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の軟磁性材粒子粉末を圧縮成形してなる圧粉磁心。
