【解決手段】
レーザ光を発射するレーザ光源を備え、レーザ光の波長が、350nm〜550nmの可視光で、レーザ光源の出力パワーが所定値以下の低パワーであることを特徴とし、また、レーザ光源が、青色レーザダイオードで、レーザ光の波長が430nm〜460nmであることを特徴とする。

- レーザ光により素材を溶かして接着を行うレーザ接着装置において、
該レーザ光を発射するレーザ光源を備え、
該レーザ光の波長が、350nm〜550nmの可視光で、
該レーザ光源の出力パワーが所定値以下の低パワーであることを特徴とするレーザ接着装置。 - 前記レーザ光源が、青色レーザダイオードで、前記レーザ光の波長が430nm〜460nmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のレーザ接着装置。
- 前記レーザ光源の出力パワーが、5W以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のレーザ接着装置。
- 前記レーザ光源の制御を介して、該レーザ光源の出力パワー又は及び前記レーザ光の照射ポイントにおけるスポット径を、接着の度合いに応じて最適化することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載のレーザ接着装置。
- 前記レーザ光の照射ポイントの温度を測定するための赤外線温度計を備え、
該照射位置の温度により、前記レーザ光源の出力パワー又は及び該レーザ光の照射ポイントにおけるスポット径を制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載のレーザ接着装置。 - レーザ光により半田付けを行うレーザ半田付け装置であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載のレーザ接着装置。
- レーザ光により樹脂を溶かして、該溶かされた樹脂を介して、物の接着を行うことを目的とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載のレーザ接着装置。
- 光透過性材料を透過したレーザ光により該光透過性材料の先に位置する樹脂を溶かして、該溶かされた樹脂を介して、該光透過性材料を該樹脂に接着を行うことを目的とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載のレーザ接着装置。
