Abstract
【解決手段】入力データを複数のデータストリームに分解してもよく、データストリームに空間処理を実行して複数の空間ストリームを生成する。各データストリームに対するMCSは、他と関係なく選択される。空間ストリームは、複数の送信アンテナ経由で送信される。時空間ブロック符号化(STBC)、空間周波数ブロック符号化(SFBC)、擬似直交アラモウチ符号化、時間反転時空間ブロック符号化、線形空間処理、及び循環遅延ダイバーシティ(CDD)の少なくとも1つの技術をデータ/空間ストリームに実行してもよい。アンテナマッピング行列を空間ストリームに適用してもよい。空間ストリームは、複数の送信アンテナ経由で送信される。各データストリームに対するMCSは、データストリームに関連する各空間ストリームの信号対雑音比に基づき決定してもよい。

図3は、STBC及び/または線形空間マッピングを実行するように構成された例示の空間処理部120のブロック図である。空間処理部120は、STBC部302、CDD部304及びアンテナマッピング部306を含んでもよい。シンボル117a〜117nssの各々は、複素数のストリームである。OFDMシンボルnのサブキャリアkの空間ストリームiで送信された複素シンボルをdk,i,nで示す。STBC部302は、各サブキャリアの2つの連続するOFDMシンボルを処理する。OFDMシンボル2m及び2m+1についてのサブキャリアk上の出力時空間ストリームiSTSに関するSTBC部302からの出力シンボルは、以下の式(1)により与えられる。

- 空間データ処理を実施する方法であって、前記方法は、
第1のデータストリームおよび第2のデータストリームを受信することであって、前記第1のデータストリームおよび前記第2のデータストリームは、少なくとも1つのアンテナを介して受信され、前記第1のデータストリームおよび前記第2のデータストリームは、時空間ブロック符号化(STBC)処理される、ことと、
第3のデータストリームを少なくとも1つの受信アンテナを介して受信することであって、前記受信された第3のデータストリームは、STBC処理されない、ことと、
前記受信された第1のデータストリームおよび前記受信された第2のデータストリームに空間復号を実行して、第1の空間的に復号されたデータストリームおよび第2の空間的に復号されたデータストリームを生成することと、
前記受信された第3のデータストリームに空間復号を実行して、第3の空間的に復号されたデータストリームを生成することであって、前記受信された第1のデータストリームまたは前記受信された第2のデータストリームに行われた空間復号は、第1の変調方式に基づき、前記受信された第3のデータストリームに行われた空間復号は、第2の変調方式に基づき、前記第1の変調方式は前記第2の変調方式とは異なり、前記第1の変調方式および前記第2の変調方式は、選択された変調符号化方式(MCS)に基づく、ことと
を備える方法。 - 前記第1の空間的に復号されたデータストリームおよび前記第2の空間的に復号されたデータストリームにコンスタレーションデマッピングを実行して、複数のビットストリームを生成することであって、前記第1の空間的に復号されたデータストリームおよび前記第2の空間的に復号されたデータストリームは、第1のビットストリームおよび第2のビットストリームを生成するために時空間ブロック符号化(STBC)処理される、ことをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記受信された第3のデータストリームにコンスタレーションデマッピングを実行して、第3のビットストリームを生成すること
