Abstract
Description
前記混合部は、
(1)当該混合部の上部に過酸化水素水を供給する経路を備える過酸化水素供給ノズルと、
(2)当該混合部の側部に前記過酸化水素水を微細液滴化する常温空気を供給する常温空気供給ノズルと、
(3)当該混合部の下部に設けられ、前記過酸化水素水の微細液滴を前記熱風混合部に噴射する下部噴出口と、を備え、
前記熱風混合部は、
(1)当該熱風混合部の側部に設けられ、当該熱風混合部に熱風を供給して前記過酸化水素水の微細液滴をガス化して過酸化水素ガスとする熱風供給ノズルと、
(2)当該熱風混合部の下端部のガス噴出口と、を備え、
前記過酸化水素ガスを、前記熱風混合部の前記ガス噴出口から前記容器内に噴射する、
ことを特徴とする3流体ノズルが提供される。
前記混合部が前記過酸化水素水の経路を開閉する開閉弁を備えることが好ましい。
前記熱風の温度は、130℃〜200℃であることが好ましい。
本発明の殺菌方法の対象となる容器は、PETボトル等のポリエステル容器が好適であるが、その他の樹脂製または紙製等の容器にも適用することができる。また本発明の方法が適用される容器の内容物は、飲料の他ジャム等の食品、みりん、たれ等の調味料、その他化粧品、薬品等特に限定はない。
Claims (3)
- 容器内面の殺菌に用いられる3流体ノズルであって、混合部と熱風混合部とを備え、
前記混合部は、
(1)当該混合部の上部に過酸化水素水を供給する経路を備える過酸化水素供給ノズルと、
(2)当該混合部の側部に前記過酸化水素水を微細液滴化する常温空気を供給する常温空気供給ノズルと、
(3)当該混合部の下部に設けられ、前記過酸化水素水の微細液滴を前記熱風混合部に噴射する下部噴出口と、を備え、
前記熱風混合部は、
(1)当該熱風混合部の側部に設けられ、当該熱風混合部に熱風を供給して前記過酸化水素水の微細液滴をガス化して過酸化水素ガスとする熱風供給ノズルと、
(2)当該熱風混合部の下端部のガス噴出口と、を備え、
前記過酸化水素ガスを、前記熱風混合部の前記ガス噴出口から前記容器内に噴射する、
ことを特徴とする3流体ノズル。 - 前記混合部が前記過酸化水素水の経路を開閉する開閉弁を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3流体ノズル。 - 前記熱風の温度は、130℃〜200℃であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の3流体ノズル。
