Claims (6)
- タンクを備えるタンク搭載装置へガスを充填するガス充填システムであって、
前記タンク搭載装置の前記タンクにガスを供給する供給設備と、
ガスが貯留された複数の蓄圧器を有し、前記供給設備へガスを送出する蓄圧器ユニットと、
ガスを前記蓄圧器ユニットに送出するガス送出部と、
前記ガス送出部の運転、及び、前記蓄圧器ユニットのガスの送出を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部が、
一つのタンク搭載装置へのガスの充填が完了した後、前記複数の蓄圧器のうち予め特定された蓄圧器の圧力のみが基準圧以上となるまで当該蓄圧器にガスを貯留させる貯留操作と、
次のタンク搭載装置にガスを充填する際に、前記特定された蓄圧器とは別の蓄圧器から前記供給設備にガスを送出するとともに前記供給設備からの切替指示を受けて前記別の蓄圧器から前記特定された蓄圧器に切り替えて前記供給設備にガスを送出する送出操作と、
を行う、ガス充填システム。 - タンクを備えるタンク搭載装置へガスを充填するガス充填システムであって、
前記タンク搭載装置の前記タンクにガスを供給する供給設備と、
ガスが貯留された複数の蓄圧器を有し、前記供給設備へガスを送出する蓄圧器ユニットと、
ガスを前記蓄圧器ユニットに送出するガス送出部と、
前記ガス送出部の運転、及び、前記蓄圧器ユニットのガスの送出を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部が、
一つのタンク搭載装置へのガスの充填が完了した後、前記複数の蓄圧器のうち予め特定された蓄圧器の圧力が基準圧以上となるまで前記特定された蓄圧器にガスを貯留させ、かつ、前記予め特定された蓄圧器以外の蓄圧器に前記基準圧以上のガスを貯留させない貯留操作と、
次のタンク搭載装置にガスを充填する際に、前記特定された蓄圧器とは別の蓄圧器から前記供給設備にガスを送出するとともに前記供給設備からの切替指示を受けて前記別の蓄圧器から前記特定された蓄圧器に切り替えて前記供給設備にガスを送出する送出操作と、
を行う、ガス充填システム。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のガス充填システムにおいて、
前記蓄圧機ユニットが、前記複数の蓄圧器として3つの蓄圧器を有し、
前記3つの蓄圧器のうち1つが前記特定された蓄圧器とされ、
前記制御部が、前記送出操作として、前記特定された蓄圧器以外の2つの蓄圧器を順次切り替えて前記供給設備にガスを送出した後、前記供給設備からの切替指示を受けて前記特定された蓄圧器に切り替えて前記供給設備にガスを送出する、ガス充填システム。 - 請求項3に記載のガス充填システムにおいて、
前記制御部が、前記貯留操作を行った後、前記3つの蓄圧器のうち前記特定された蓄圧器以外の1つの蓄圧器の圧力が前記タンクへのガスの充填の開始に必要な第1設定圧以上であり、かつ、他の1つの蓄圧器の圧力が前記第1設定圧よりも大きな第2設定圧以上である場合に前記送出操作を行う、ガス充填システム。 - 請求項4に記載のガス充填システムにおいて、
前記制御部が、前記次のタンク搭載装置へのガスの充填が完了した後に前記貯留操作をさらに行い、
さらに次のタンク搭載装置にガスを充填する際に、前記特定された蓄圧器以外の前記1つの蓄圧器の圧力が前記第2設定圧以上であり、かつ、前記他の1つの蓄圧器の圧力が前記第1設定圧以上前記第2設定圧未満である場合に、前記送出操作として前記他の1つの蓄圧器、前記1つの蓄圧器、及び、前記特定された蓄圧器の順に前記供給設備へガスを送出する操作を行う、ガス充填システム。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のガス充填システムにおいて、
前記制御部は、前記送出操作において、一つの蓄圧器から前記供給設備へのガスの送出に並行して、他の蓄圧器に前記ガス送出部から送出されたガスを貯留させる操作を行う、ガス充填システム。
