Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 発光ダイオードを基板に実装した光源を有する車両用ヘッドランプにおいて、
前記基板に熱伝達可能に取り付けられた熱拡散板と、
前記熱拡散板に一体化された保持部材と、
前記保持部材に、円形断面の一端部が回転可能に嵌合させられたヒートパイプと、
前記ヒートパイプの他方の端部に設けられたヒートシンクと
を備えていることを特徴とする車両用ヘッドランプ。 - 前記ヒートパイプにおける前記一端部は、前記車両の上下方向もしくは幅方向に向けて配置され、
前記発光ダイオードは、前記基板と共に前記ヒートパイプにおける前記一端部を中心にして回転するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用ヘッドランプ。 - 前記ヒートパイプにおける前記一端部と前記他方の端部とのいずれか一方は、前記車両の上下方向に向けて配置されるとともに、他方は、前記車両の幅方向に向けて配置され、
前記他方の端部は、前記ヒートシンクに対して回転可能に嵌合している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用ヘッドランプ。 - 前記保持部材は、前記一端部が挿入される中空部および前記中空部から外周面に到るスリットを有する円筒部と、前記スリットの開き幅が狭くなるように前記円筒部を外周側から締め付ける切り欠き円筒体とを備え、
前記切り欠き円筒体の内周面に、前記スリットに連通している潤滑剤溝が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の車両用ヘッドランプ。 - 前記円筒部の内周面に軸線方向に沿う溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両用ヘッドランプ。
- 前記切り欠き円筒体は、前記切り欠き円筒体の円周方向で互いに対向する端部を有し、
前記切り欠き円筒体の内周面における各端部に、前記切り欠き円筒体の内周側に向けた変形を容易にする易変形部が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の車両用ヘッドランプ。
