Claims (11)
- 軽金属ダイカスト材料により構成される少なくとも1つの支持要素(26)を備える、車両の排ガス装置(18)を支持する支持ユニット。
- 前記軽金属ダイカスト材料は、Al又は/及びMgを含む、請求項1記載の支持ユニット。
- 前記軽金属ダイカスト材料は、Si又は/及びCu又は/及びZnを含む、請求項1又は2記載の支持ユニット。
- 前記軽金属ダイカスト材料は、Al/Si合金又はAl/Mg合金又はAl/Si/Mg合金又はAl/Si/Cu合金である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の支持ユニット。
- 第1のシステム領域(18)に堅固に結合するために設けられ、少なくとも1つの支持要素(26)に第1の連結領域(32)において連結されるか、又は連結すべき第1の結合要素(28)と、第2のシステム領域(14,16,18)に堅固に結合するために設けられ、少なくとも1つの支持要素(26)に第2の連結領域(36)において連結されるか、又は連結すべき第2の結合要素(30)とを備える、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の支持ユニット。
- 前記第1の結合要素(28)は、前記支持要素(26)に前記第1の連結領域(32)において少なくとも1つの連結部材(34)により連結されているか、又は連結可能であり、又は/かつ前記第2の結合要素(30)は、前記支持要素(26)に前記第2の連結領域(36)において少なくとも1つの連結部材(38)により連結されているか、又は連結可能である、請求項5記載の支持ユニット。
- 少なくとも1つの連結部材(34,38)は、ボルトを有する、請求項6記載の支持ユニット。
- 少なくとも1つの支持要素(26)は、少なくとも1つの目標破損領域(40)を有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の支持ユニット。
- 少なくとも1つの目標破損領域(40)は、横断面狭窄部又は/及び凹部又は/及び前記支持要素(26)を貫通する開口を有する、請求項8記載の支持ユニット。
- 内燃機関(14)を有する駆動ユニット(12)と、前記内燃機関(14)の燃焼排ガスを導出する排ガス装置(18)とを備え、さらに、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1つの支持ユニット(20)を備える、車両用の駆動システム。
- 少なくとも1つの支持ユニット(20)は、前記排ガス装置(18)を前記内燃機関(14)に対して支持するように配置されている、又は/かつ前記駆動ユニット(12)は、ギヤボックス(16)を有し、少なくとも1つの支持ユニット(20)は、前記排ガス装置(18)を前記ギヤボックス(16)に対して支持するように配置されている、又は/かつ少なくとも1つの支持ユニット(20)は、前記排ガス装置(18)の第1の領域を前記排ガス装置(18)の第2の領域に対して支持するように配置されている、請求項9記載の駆動システム。
