Description
Claims (7)
- ウォッシャー液を収容する容器と、
前記容器の中心軸線方向の第一端に取り付けられて、ウォッシャー液の収容空間に対面する蓋部と、
前記蓋部に基端部が取り付けられて、前記収容空間に向けて延在する加熱手段と、
前記収容空間に配置されて、前記収容空間のウォッシャー液を流出させる流出口を有する流出パイプと、を備え、
前記流出パイプの前記流出口は、前記流出口を通る水平面と、前記容器の前記第一端とは反対側の第二端の内壁面との間に形成される空間が、前記収容空間の容積の10%以上となるように設けられることを特徴とするウォッシャー液の加熱装置。 - 前記蓋部の断熱性は、前記容器の断熱性より低いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウォッシャー液の加熱装置。
- 前記流出パイプは、前記加熱手段の先端部に取り付けられた固定部材に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のウォッシャー液の加熱装置。
- 前記収容空間に配置されて、前記収容空間にウォッシャー液を流入させる流入口を有する流入パイプを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のウォッシャー液の加熱装置。
- 前記流入口からのウォッシャー液が容器内で前記第一端側から前記第二端側に向かって螺旋状に流動するように、前記流入口と前記流出口との間に、前記中心軸線に対し傾斜する整流板が設けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のウォッシャー液の加熱装置。
- 前記流出口は、前記加熱手段の先端面と前記容器の第二端との間に位置することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のウォッシャー液の加熱装置。
- 前記流出口は、前記容器の中心軸線と重なって配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のウォッシャー液の加熱装置。
