Description
Claims (11)
- 少なくとも94%(w/w)の合計酸含有量を有し且つ10℃超の温度で結晶化しない液状乳酸組成物の調製方法であって、少なくとも94%(w/w)の合計酸含有量を有し且つ10℃超の温度で結晶化する出発液状乳酸組成物を得ること、そして、該出発液状乳酸組成物を、該出発液状乳酸組成物の結晶化点よりも高い温度で、10℃超の温度で結晶化しない液状乳酸組成物を得るのに充分な時間、インキュベートすることを含む、前記方法。
- 該出発液状乳酸組成物の該結晶化点よりも高い温度での該インキュベーション後に得られた該液状乳酸組成物中に存在する水の一部又は全部を除去することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該インキュベーション温度が40℃〜120℃である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 該インキュベーション時間が、少なくとも約30分、好ましくは少なくとも約1時間、より好ましくは少なくとも約2時間、最も好ましくは少なくとも約3時間である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 該出発乳酸組成物が、乳酸の調製の為のプロセスにおける蒸留工程の直後に得られるものである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 該出発液状乳酸組成物の該結晶化点よりも高い温度での該インキュベーションが、該出発液状乳酸組成物の該結晶化点より高い温度で実施される前処理工程及び/又は後処理工程を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも94%(w/w)の合計酸含有量を有し且つ10℃超の温度で結晶化しない液状乳酸組成物。
- 少なくとも95%(w/w)の合計酸含有量、好ましくは少なくとも96%、97%、98%、99%(w/w)の合計酸含有量を有する、請求項7の液状乳酸組成物。
- 100%(w/w)の合計酸含有量を有する、請求項7の液状乳酸組成物。
- 約1.2〜約1.7、好ましくは約1.2〜1.4の、合計酸/遊離酸比を有する、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の液状乳酸組成物。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法により得られた、請求項7〜10のいずれか1項の液状乳酸組成物。
