- 信号用の第1及び第2の端子と、
電圧印加用の第3及び第4の端子と、
接地用の第5及び第6の端子と、
前記第1の端子と前記第2の端子との間に直列に接続された複数の可変容量素子と、
前記第3又は第4の端子に接続される複数の第1の抵抗と、
前記第5又は第6の端子に接続される複数の第2の抵抗と、
を有し、
前記複数の可変容量素子の各々の一端は、前記第3の端子に接続される第1の抵抗と前記第4の端子に接続される第1の抵抗とに接続され、
前記複数の可変容量素子の各々の他端は、前記第5の端子に接続される第2の抵抗と前記第6の端子に接続される第2の抵抗とに接続される
可変容量デバイス。 - 前記第1乃至第6の端子のいずれかに接続される第1乃至第6の外部電極が、同一の外面において180度回転対称となる位置関係で配置された請求項1記載の可変容量デバイス。
- 請求項1又は2記載の可変容量デバイスを含むアンテナ装置。
