Claims (15)
- 第1および第2のファイバベッド、および
ファイバベッドの間の中間層を含み、
中間層が、ファイバベッドの間に延び、ファイバベッドに融着された高靭化領域を含む、複合材料積層体。 - 高靭化領域が厚み方向において連続し、面内方向において不連続である、請求項1に記載の積層体。
- ファイバベッドがマトリックスに埋め込まれた補強ファイバを含み、高靭化領域が、マトリックスと比較してクラック伝播により耐性を有する材料で作られる、請求項1または2に記載の積層体。
- 高靭化領域が、第1および第2のファイバベッドに機械的に連結される、請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の積層体。
- 高靭化領域が、第1および第2のファイバベッドに結合される、請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の積層体。
- 高靭化領域が熱可塑性の粒子を含む、請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の積層体。
- 高靭化領域が熱可塑性のフィラメントを含む、請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の積層体。
- 中間層の複数の熱可塑性領域を隣接する第1および第2のドライファイバベッドに融着する段階を含む、複合材料積層体を作製する段階を含む方法。
- 複合材料積層体を作製する段階が、熱可塑性領域を融着する段階の後ファイバベッドにマトリックス樹脂を追加する段階およびその後にマトリックス樹脂を硬化する段階をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 中間層が第1および第2の部分を含み、第1の部分が第1のファイバベッドに融着され、第2の部分が第2のファイバベッドに融着され、ファイバベッドが接触を形成する第1および第2の部分と積層される、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- 第1および第2のファイバベッドが、融着の後、ただし積層の前に、マトリックス樹脂で含浸される、請求項8から10の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 複合材料積層体を作製する段階が、スタックを硬化する段階をさらに含み、それによって中間層の第1および第2の部分が互いに融着される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 第1の部分が第1のファイバベッドに融着された第1の熱可塑性粒子を含み、第2の部分が第2のファイバベッドに融着された第2の熱可塑性粒子を含み、第1および第2のファイバベッドが積層されたとき、第1および第2の粒子の少なくとも幾らかが接触する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 第1の部分が第1のファイバベッドに融着された第1の熱可塑性フィラメントを含み、第2の部分が第2のファイバベッドに融着された第2の熱可塑性フィラメントを含み、第1および第2のファイバベッドが積層されたとき、第1および第2のフィラメントが接触する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 第1のフィラメントおよび第1のファイバベッドが第1の角度で方向付けられ、第2のフィラメントおよび第2のファイバベッドが第2の角度で方向付けられる、請求項14に記載の方法。
