Claims (11)
- 立体印刷装置であって、
装置本体と、前カバーと、材料収容棚と、少なくとも1つの材料供給管と、駆動モジュールと、印刷モジュールと、を含み、
前記前カバーは、前記装置本体に可動に装着され、
前記材料収容棚は、位置決め板及び複数の仕切り手段を含み、前記前カバーに固定されるとともに、前記装置本体の内部に向ける内側領域に位置し、
前記内側領域は、複数の前記仕切り手段によって複数の材料収容部に仕切られ、
前記材料供給管は、一対の羽根部を有し、
各前記仕切り手段には、位置決め溝が対応して設けられ、
前記材料供給管は、前記一対の羽根部が隣り合う前記仕切り手段の前記位置決め溝に跨設されることで、前記材料収容部内に位置決めされ、
前記駆動モジュールは、前記装置本体の内部に設置され、
前記印刷モジュールは、前記装置本体の内部に設置され、かつ前記駆動モジュールの駆動によって前記材料収容部まで移動し、
前記材料供給管は、前記印刷モジュールの駆動によって前記材料収容部の外側へ移動して前記印刷モジュールに配置されることを特徴とする立体印刷装置。 - 前記位置決め板は、前記前カバーに垂直に立設され、
複数の前記仕切り手段は、前記位置決め板の一方側に等間隔で並列に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の立体印刷装置。 - 前記印刷モジュールは、前記駆動モジュールの駆動によって移動する受け台を含み、
前記受け台は、前記材料供給管を受けるための支持枠と、前記材料供給管が挿入されるための位置決めリングとを含み、
前記位置決めリングは、前記支持枠の底部に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の立体印刷装置。 - 前記支持枠は、一対の引掛部を有し、
前記材料供給管は、前記一対の引掛部が前記一対の羽根部に係止されることにより、前記支持枠まで移動することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の立体印刷装置。 - 前記位置決め板は、位置決め部を有し、
前記材料供給管の周縁面は、前記位置決め部に当接することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の立体印刷装置。 - 前記材料供給管は、円筒であり、
前記位置決め部は、前記材料供給管に対応して湾曲することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の立体印刷装置。 - 前記前カバーは、前記装置本体に対して上下開閉可能に装着され、且つ前記装置本体に対して傾斜角をなして開放可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の立体印刷装置。
- 前記前カバーは、前記装置本体に対して左右開閉可能に装着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の立体印刷装置。
- 前記装置本体は、前記前カバーが前記装置本体に蓋着されることで作動する第1センサ素子を有することを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の立体印刷装置。
- 前記材料収容棚は、複数の前記仕切り手段の個数に対応して設置される複数の枢結台及び複数の弾性部材を含み、
各前記仕切り手段は、受承部材と、前記受承部材に当接する引き部とを含み、
前記引き部は、前記枢結台を介して前記受承部材に可動に装着され、
前記弾性部材は、前記受承部材と前記引き部との間に弾接されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の立体印刷装置。 - 各前記材料収容部内には、前記材料供給管に押圧可能な第2センサ素子が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の立体印刷装置。
