Claims (2)
- 回転自在に傾斜支持したキルン本体の一端側に熱風供給用のバーナを、他端側にキルン本体内の排ガスを吸引排気する排風機を備えた粉粒体の加熱処理装置において、前記キルン本体の下位に加熱処理した高温の粉粒体を冷却処理する冷却機を配設し、該冷却機基端部の投入口とキルン本体下端部の排出口とを投入シュートで連結する一方、冷却機内の少なくとも前記投入口付近に散水ノズルを備え、該散水ノズルからの粉粒体への散水に伴って発生する水蒸気を近接する前記投入シュートを介してキルン本体内に導出させるようにし、前記排風機においてはキルン本体内のバーナ燃焼により発生する排ガス量と前記冷却機から発生する水蒸気量とに見合った排風量にて吸引排気するように構成したことを特徴とする粉粒体の加熱処理装置。
- 前記投入シュートの外周部に外気導入用の隙間空間を形成させるようにカバー体で包囲し、前記投入シュートを介して冷却機へ投入する高温の粉粒体を前記カバー体内の隙間空間に導入した外気と熱交換させて冷却機への投入前に予冷処理する一方、熱交換に伴って昇温した外気は前記バーナへ燃焼用空気として供給するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の粉粒体の加熱処理装置。
