Claims (5)
- 走行機体に搭載したミッションケースに、エンジンから動力伝達される主変速入力軸と、前記主変速入力軸に相対回転可能に被嵌した主変速出力軸とを備え、前記主変速入力軸には、油圧機械式変速機を構成する油圧ポンプ部とシリンダブロックと油圧モータ部とを直列状に配置し、前記油圧モータ部を介して前記主変速出力軸に変速動力を伝達する作業車両において、
前記ミッションケースには、前記エンジンからの動力と前記主変速出力軸への変速動力とを合成する遊星ギヤ機構と、前記主変速出力軸経由の変速動力と前記遊星ギヤ機構経由の合成動力とを伝達可能な伝達軸とを備えている、
作業車両。 - 前記油圧ポンプ部の斜板傾斜角を正転傾斜角からゼロを介して逆転傾斜角まで変化させて前記主変速出力軸への変速動力を高速からゼロまで減速させ、前記遊星ギヤ機構において前記エンジンからの動力と前記主変速出力軸への減速動力とを合成し、前記合成動力によって前記伝達軸を前進中間速回転状態から前進最高速回転状態まで変化させる、
請求項1に記載の作業車両。 - 前記油圧ポンプ部の斜板傾斜角を逆転傾斜角からゼロを介して正転傾斜角まで変化させて前記主変速出力軸への変速動力をゼロから高速まで増速させ、前記主変速出力軸への増速動力によって前記伝達軸を最低速回転状態から前進中間速回転状態まで変化させる、
請求項1又は2に記載の作業車両。 - 前記ミッションケースに、前記主変速出力軸から前記伝達軸への動力伝達を継断する前進低速クラッチと、前記遊星ギヤ機構から前記伝達軸への動力伝達を継断する前進高速クラッチとを備えている、
請求項3に記載の作業車両。 - 前記ミッションケースに、前記エンジンからの動力を前記主変速入力軸に伝達する入力カウンタ軸を備え、
前記入力カウンタ軸、前記主変速入力軸、前記主変速出力軸及び前記伝達軸を互いに平行状に配置し、前記遊星ギヤ機構を前記入力カウンタ軸に配置し、前記前進低速クラッチ及び前記前進高速クラッチを前記伝達軸に配置している、
