Abstract
【解決手段】駆動機構との間の運動変換器であって、ねじ切り部11を有して、並進時に係止され、回転時に駆動されるねじ1と、ねじのねじ切り部11と係合する第一のねじ切り部21と第二のねじ切り部22を有して並進時23に受動機構Rと接続されるナット2を含む。筒状部3は、ナット2を同軸的に囲み、ナットは、ねじ1に対して回転時及び並進時に係止され、ナットの第二のねじ切り部22が係合するねじ切り部31を有する。筒状部3のねじ切り部31に対して第二のねじ切り部22によって制御されるナット2に、ねじ1が、回転と並進の組み合わされた運動を伝達し、軸XXに沿ったその並進成分が受動機構Rに伝達される。

Description
ねじ1がナット2を前進させ、一方で、
ねじ切り部11の方向とは反対方向のねじ切り部31が、ナット2の後退と対応する反対方向においてナット2を回転させ、その結果、受動部Rに適用された出力部の組み合わされた運動が減速され、すなわち、単独のねじ1が生じさせる前進よりも遅くなる。

Claims (8)
- 駆動機構Mと受動機構Rの間のねじ式運動変換器において、
ねじ切り部(11)を有し、並進時に係止され、回転時に駆動される回転軸XXのねじと、
受動機構Rと並進時(23)に接続され、ねじのねじ切り部(11)と係合する第一のねじ切り部(21)、及び第二のねじ切り部(22)を有するナット(2)と、
ナット(2)を同軸的に囲み、ねじ(1)に対して回転時及び並進時に係止され、ナット(2)の第二のねじ切り部(22)が係合するねじ切り部(31)を有する筒状部(3)とを含み、
回転時に駆動されるねじ(1)は、筒状部(3)のねじ切り部(31)に対する第二のねじ切り部(22)によって制御されるナット(2)に、回転と並進が組み合わされた運動を伝達し、軸XXに沿ったその並進成分(Tr)が受動機構Rに伝達されることを特徴とする変換器。 - ナット(2)の第一のねじ切り部(21)が、内側ねじ切り部であり、ねじ(1)が対応の外側ねじ切り部(11)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変換器。
- ナット(2)の第二のねじ切り部(22)が、半回転より小さい長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変換器。
- 筒状部(3)のねじ切り部(31)が、異なるピッチのねじ切り部の1つ又は複数のセグメントで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変換器。
- ナット(2)の第二のねじ切り部(22)が、曲線的な平行四辺形の形状を有し、その小さい曲げの長辺面(222b)が可変の大きい曲げの短辺面(222a)によって接続されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の変換器。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の変換器を含む圧力発生器であって、
対のねじ切り部によってナット(2)と協働する中央ねじ(1)と筒状部(3)を備えた変換器(100)のナット(2)によって並進時に移動する少なくとも1つのピストン(420)を収容するシリンダー(410)を含むことを特徴とする圧力発生器。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の変換器を含み、回路(600)に存する圧力を受容する感圧モジュールであって、
圧力回路(600)に接続され、ねじ切りされたシリンダー(531)上にねじ締めされたピストン(520)によって閉鎖される室(503)を形成するシリンダー(510)付きのケース(501)と、押し棒(530)とによって構成され、ピストン(520)が、回転時に係止されるが並進時には自由であり、押し棒(530)が、シリンダー(510)の内側ねじ切り部(512)と協働する外側ねじ切り部(532)を備え、押し棒(530)が、室(503)に存する圧力の影響でピストン(520)によって移動した押し棒(530)によって伝達された圧縮エネルギーを受容する圧縮ばね(540)に対して押しつけられることを特徴とする感圧モジュール。 - 押し棒(530)の外側ねじ切り部(532)を受容するシリンダー(510)の内側ねじ切り部(512)が、少なくとも2つの部分、すなわち、軸に平行な直線的ねじ切り部を有する一方の部分(512A)と、小さいピッチのねじ切り部を有する他方の部分(512B)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の感圧モジュール。
